Ester is a great trainer
Ester is a great trainer, she is easy to understand and good at explaining how things work. I was a bit nervous about the course but she made me feel at ease and I even asked a few questions. The example using flow of water to show how things work was excellent. The hands on at the end was great also.

Some preparation of the course content is beneficial
Enjoyed the course in general. Well spaced out, from the theory to the practical sections. Nice and friendly tutors, felt welcome, and they included really good practical examples relevant to my area of work. One or two subjects seemed a little rushed, however, we were reminded that everything (details on the Act and other principles etc) were described in the booklet and any other questions and technics were clearly available via the support team and/or You Tube links etc. Food was nice and well presented.
