The course was set up well trainer was awesome made it as uncomplicated as possible but I think the theory manual should be sent out to the trainees before course is attened so more questions can be asked straightaway

The instructors were "real"
The instructors were "real". They explained clearly what was required and ensured that we were comfortable with the testing before assessments. At no time did I feel pressured and we all shared laughs. The equipment used for training was appropriate and varied.

The course was awesome, started pretty punctual and had a great introduction. The course had great structure to it but also explained a lot of in-depth detail that one needs to know. The facilitator was very knowledgeable and gave very good answers and explanations to all the questions that were asked from all the student that were doing the course. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and found it interesting and very educational and well covering the different areas that needed to be covered.
