Lost out on $195 on Testerup
Earned $195 on Testerup. My account was suspended for a “duplicate account,” but I only have one account. I provided my account number and all requested information. Support stated they could not locate any duplicate account, yet continued to request additional emails that do not exist. After requesting a manual review, support stopped responding entirely.
Account deactivated at payout
Account deactivated at payout – £260 withheld with no explanation
I’m very disappointed with my experience using Testerup.
I spent a significant amount of time completing offers and earned £260. However, as soon as I requested a withdrawal, my account was suddenly deactivated.
I was told this was due to a “breach of Terms of Service,” but no clear explanation or evidence has been provided despite asking. I am a UK resident and have not used a VPN or violated any rules.
This feels extremely unfair, especially as the earnings were completed in good faith.
I have now formally requested:
• A clear explanation of the alleged breach
• Evidence to support the claim
• Or payment of my £260 earnings
If this is not resolved, I will be escalating the matter further.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when using this platform, particularly when approaching withdrawal.

What a crock they keep upping the amount you can withdraw, then I went to app to check my balance and they had completely wiped me out of my account, so wasted my time completely, steer well clear of this scamming app p****d off ex customer (apparently)

Tester up waste of time
Tester up use to be good but now payouts waste of time been playing 2-3 months and still only got £21 where in the past was getting that in less than a month got some good payouts £100 but looks like those days are gone got to get up to £35 before I can cash out then I will get rid of this rubbish app may take a while with payouts so little all it wants now is for people to spend money with no chance of recouping it back would advise people to look elsewhere as it is a waste of time now Very Disappointed
I requested a £74 withdrawal from…
I requested a £74 withdrawal from Testerup about a week ago but have not received the payment. I am also unable to log into my account because it now says my user is deactivated, and previously I kept getting a “Request Too Large” login error.
I completed tasks legitimately and only recently travelled outside of the country, which may have caused a location change on my account.
I have contacted support and am waiting for clarification on why my account has been deactivated and when my £74 withdrawal will be processed. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to

I have tried to cash out Saturday just gone and it still says pending. Can’t get in touch with anyone.
I completed a Coin Master offer through…
I completed a Coin Master offer through Testerup after downloading the game on 19 January 2026.
When I started the offer there was no clear 30-day completion deadline stated in the terms. Testerup later introduced new completion timeframes in February but never notified users who were already mid-game.
After completing the required levels they refused to pay the reward, claiming the offer “expired”, but they cannot provide proof that this deadline existed when the offer was started.
Support repeatedly sends template responses and does not address the issue raised.
Applying new rules retroactively to avoid paying rewards is not acceptable.
Not very honest with rewards.
First initial payment is rewarded no problem.
No problem until you reach bigger awards, then games stop paying.
5 of us all reached the goals and all of our games stopped being tracked, on the same level. Not just one game. Despite all of emailing all the details. We just received a generic email saying they are receiving a lot of emails.
It’s no surprise, as 5 of us all reached the required level and no payment.
I wish TrustPilot have the option of screenshots. I would upload all our proof.
We are going to delete Tester Up and research better apps
testerup you are scammers
testerup you are scammers, yesterday I barely reached the first 25£ to payout, but you made the first payout request require 35£, you are just scamming people. Is there any company I could contact about the scam? I have screenshot where shows reach 25£ to make first payout request, such programs should be banned!!

I was quite happy plodding along getting my 30p here etc, nearly at £25 payout, I enjoyed the games I was playing, had a couple of no payments, one sorted and added, second one still waiting. I bought some diamonds on one game as there was a reward almost covering the amount, and as soon as I do, they raise the payout to £35, no warning, just added. Really annoyed that their reply was yes of course your frustrated but we have to make it financially viable. I'm watching so many ads it's ridiculous. Such a con.

I wrote several messages to support asking them to deactivate my account because I can't log in and the payment has been sent, which I neither receive nor deactivate my account.
A lying, sneaky company
I’ve downloaded this app twice and I have been nothing but disappointed. First of all, the app takes ages for it to update to whatever level you are on in whatever game you are playing. That’s why I deleted it the first time. Second of all, you earn about 20p per 10 levels. It’s an absolute scam and a waste of time. The adverts for this app are misleading and paint it to be this amazing game where you can earn £200 but in reality, you earn around 20-30 per however many levels they pay you for. It’ll take you around, realistically, 7 months for you to earn £10. Those people on the adverts who earn all of that ‘legit’ money are just doing it to scam and lie to you. They show you ‘screenshots’ of their ‘£74.00’ which of course is edited or AI. And the worst possible thing is the mini games after the ‘people’ speak about how ‘amazing’ and ‘legit’ the app is, the mini games after has a money counter at the top of the screen while playing the advert, and you end up with a lot of money when really, that’s not what actually happens in the Testerup app. They also make you pay in app purchases for higher levels which is disgusting. You’re better off just playing the games without the money. Don’t waste your time. They are scammers and frauds. It’s embarrassing really that they feel as though they need to do this. I’m embarrassed for them.
I enjoyed playing the games offered
I enjoyed playing the games offered and did well; however, when I was approaching the 70$ withdrawal threshold, they “updated” their platform and I can no longer access my account. We went back and forth with passwords and so on and so on, but this was never resolved. I used every login method I have to no avail. Put a lot of time in and lost almost 80$

Really fed up as it update the Testerup app. It wouldn't allow me to take the money out before the update and then after the update it took all the money and so I have lost £150 in total. Don't play it. Its a con.

I did cash out the £70 but it took me about 8 months, loads of ads. Took 4 days for money to go into paypal
Don’t bother. 3 days in and 20p earned.
So I was bombarded with ads saying I’d make £200 a day. So I thought ok, play games, earn money, I’ll try it. 3 days in and several hours lost I’ve earned 20p. It’s a con. Don’t bother.
