Easy to set up and use
Easy to set up and use, I wasn't sure at first as the payout threshold is higher than other apps I have used in the past but it was actually very quick to reach the threshold (within a few weeks) and the payout was received very quickly. A good selection of games are available and I will definitely be recommending to others.

I still have 5 games that haven't paid out
I still have appx 5 games that haven't paid out to the equivalent of about $8.00. I have put in requests, and only one of them, in appx 1 week has been rectified. Some haven't even received an AUTOMATED reply from your company. It's a shame as this application had come highly recommended.

Takes a long time to build your money…
Takes a long time to build your money up to the minimum £35 cash out, but once you reach it, they actually pay out quite quick. I got paid next day.

Tbh I didn't believe it was for real but I tried it out and my first payout was 150 usd. My only gripe is it took a week to get the money but that's really not that long all in all great app with decent games

They are not honest in the payouts. I played made 45.00 the first time I played it. No, the average user will not make any real money. Just to get that much took almost a month. It wasn't a big issue till I went to cash out. They didn't want to pay. It took my complaint. I thought maybe it was a hickup. Nope. I found to get the payouts you would have to play the game every moment you aren't sleeping in your spare time. Lol, so I did. I'm pretty good a gaming apps. I make it to the higher levels. The rules stated I needed to complete level 20 for the last pay out and it gave me 90 days to do it in. I did. I should have received 118.00 for the unpaid levels. I even completed level 20. Just as I have almost completed level 20, I get a message from TestUp saying I took to long to complete level 18 (I'm already on 20 btw), and would not be being paid for it. I wrote again and explained the situation. They informed me that being half way through level 20 when I was notified meant nothing to them, yet I noticed after I asked why my first payout had been stalled that their app never checked my status again on any level I completed or even recorded the completed level after the first payout. I invested a lot of my time into their lies. Don't bother with their app. Go elsewhere. This company didn't want to pay out because it would have been 118.00. It took almost 2 months to complete 20 levels.

Testerup stole my $81.40 after I reached payout and requested for withdrawal they deactivated my account, I have been on testerup for 2 months now playing games and inviting people and at the end all efforts were wasted.

I love the games and testerup paid out…
I love the games and testerup paid out promptly, but when using the testerup links to download games it doesn’t always work and then the rewards and progress are not registered. When contacting testerup they always use the same excuse, you must have previously played they game so we can’t do anything, this means you don’t get paid for those games if you continue to play them. Testerup need to sort this out.
