Iona is so knowledgeable and so friendly. I had been struggling all my life with stomach problems and migraines at least twice a week. She took me through my results and explained how my intolerances will be effecting me. Also giving me alternative options to try. After cutting out the things that were effecting me my life is so different. The stomach problems literally stopped and migraines are once in a blue moon now. It's changed my life. If I eat foods I'm not meant to the symptoms come back but I now know and it's up to me to make the right choices. It's difficult to start with but when you feel the results it's worth it. The after care Iona gives is also so valuable. If I am unsure about anything I can drop her a message for some advice. Just wish I had done it years ago. It really is life changing.

What can I say about Iona....such a professional lovely lady. She put me at my ease and took time to answer all my questions...and I had a lot. I learnt so much and now feel very positive moving forward with the information I now have.

I contacted Iona following some severe reactons my daughter was having. Iona gave clear and sound advice with how we should move forward. I cannot recommend Iona enough! I took my daughter to see her as she’d been having symptoms of allergies/ intolerances. After seeing Iona and making dietary changes recommended, the issues my daughter was having totally went! The knowledge Iona has is second to none and she explained everything so well and in a way both my daughter and I understood.

I approached Iona at “TestMe” due to several things that were making me feel unwell and getting me down. I was suffering with ongoing bloating, skin problems and fungal nails. I suspected allergies or intolerances but was not sure and knew I needed proper guidance. Iona had been recommended by a number of people. Iona identified that I needed to cut out yeast, gluten & dairy which was quite hard to do but I decided to heed the advice and am so glad I did. Around a year later and my my fungal nails are a thing of the past and I feel so much better ! My skin has improved too and I have much more energy. Over and above the recommendations of foodstuffs to avoid the suggestions for higher strength probiotics was very helpful as were the sheets of good quality guidance and information.

Test me helped to pin point my allergies. I now know what to avoid and why my body was having reactions to certain foods. At the time of my first appointment I was relying on daily prescription antihistamines to control my symptoms. After I elimination I now only take them during pollen season. Excellent service, everything was explained fully.

Brilliant service. I went to see Iona having not been feeling the best for a period of time. Iona’s knowledge was excellent, everything was explained very clearly and easy to understand. Having cut out my allergen’s and boosted my deficiencies as discussed with Iona. I have been trying to establish causes for why I am affected by certain washing detergents or why I sneeze repeatedly for no apparent reason and can be quite often bloated after eating. I went and had the consultation with Iona and learnt a lot about what we as humans are subjected to in this day and age, ie technology, fumes, processed and out of season foods etc. Iona was able to direct me to the foods that I should avoid and I have now being avoiding these foods for a few days and have already noticed improvements in my energy/ how I feel after eating. So far so good.

Appointment made with Iona following a problem with a sudden swelling up of my face. Iona was so knowledgeable and helpful, identifying milk, wheat and oat intolerance and pointing me in the right direction with the changes I need to make. Vitamin deficiencies also identified and lots of information given to me to enable me to rectify this. She was amazing and has made such a difference.

I only got tested 2 days ago so have still to feel and see the benefit of the findings. What I can confirm right now is that Iona knows her stuff and I feel so confident about the changes to come through her knowledge, detailed explanations and guidance. I went with no preconceptions. I wanted to be open to everything as I didn't really know what was wrong. I just knew something wasn't quite right and i wasn't my usual self. Iona is so nice and really knowledgeable at what she does , it’s a lot to take in but the leaflets are very helpful telling you what you have to avoid , I’m looking forward to changing things food and drink wise , Shame I have to give up wine 😂!!

The knowledge Iona has & how she’s explains everything is phenomenal. My daughter who was having severe tummy pains with a diagnosis of endometriosis thought she’d give this a go. She has completely cut out the diary, wheat, gluten that came up in her test and it’s just amazing seeing the improvement.

I went 2 weeks later, diary came up for me too. I drank milk/ lattes like there is no tomorrow & I am a new person with how I feel with the changes recommended. Best thing we have ever done. Thank you!
