If I could would give ZERO stars! products do not work, take months to be delivered. No support! No communications! No refunds!
Wind turbine build quality shocking poor, never worked and unsafe. The company is terrible is every aspect and using their legal terms and conditions to defraud customers! Tried to claim my money back and their response legally, they cannot run a variable business if they refund every time a customer claims their product does not work. This is only an elaborate marketing scram.

After months of waiting, being ignored, chasing, asking for a refund, treataning legal action, half of the order for a turbine arrived. Quality was poor, wiring unsafe and functionality even worse. Its now in a scrap metal skip.. save yourself the pain dont go anywhere near this company or its products.

I am not sure why there us no regulatory bodies to control on such fraudulent companies doing a daylight scams by creating professional websites to lure customers and once the customer is trapped by placing the order the company will never deliver products
There should be a complaint against Tesup london Limited for these kind of false promises 3 to 4 weeks delivery time and not delivering still after 4 months and same repeated robotic reply saying your order is in process with same pictures of work in progress sent in some email replies
You are allowed to create account on thir website and place order all communications is via the query raised in your login account
All queries are answered with robotic repeated replies saying your order in processing with no dates information for shipping.
Really frustrating and trapping customers with very high impact social media updates which are definitely false

Unfortunately you can't give zero stars, I bought my Tesup Tesup ATLAS X7 and a Growatt inverter. wind turbine in 2023, it has not yet produced Kwa. The quality and construction is so poor that it will never be able to produce,

Do not buy their products they area a scam.

I ordered an atlas windmill in march 2025,wich I have received in may 2025 but without the inverter. 'They are working on a new version' since then. I have send them already lots of messages but everytime the same answer. No real mailadress, no phonenumber. Bad service.

This company is a scammer I was taken for $2500. I have tried contacting the IDIOTS but I get AI and no answers

I have been waiting for 7 weeks for my delivery. As yet I haven't even received a delivery date or tracking details. when I get in touch with the company they fob me off with excuses

I ordered low wind blades for my wind turbine over a year ago they never came TESUP takes your money and won’t ship what you have paid for they are very crooked

What a bunch of theives...I have now waited 14 months for something YOU promised and I paid for. You have my money, you have stolen it as I have no product.
I am now going to make investigations to reclaim my money and get authorities to look into this scam.
Unbelievable.

Bought an Atlas wind turbine back in 2023, could never get it to work, will move only in storm and then will resonate like crazy but still generate no energy! Ordered also an inverter back in 2023, never arrived, they said they are working on a new model, so kept waiting, then asked for my money back, they said they are almost ready, just keep waiting (!), said I am not waiting any longer, get me back my money, eventually promised to transfer this to their finance team, and send the money back, several months have passed, still no product, no money back, sent several inquiries, promised their finance team is looking into this, still - no money back... Total shameless company...

ordered and paid for a set of blades for my wind turbine which has never turned in any sort of wind, 10 months later and still havent seen them, no contact phone numbers only hide behind emails and constantly close the case without an answer. fraudulent company in my opinion.

I ordered a wind turbine with a set of propellers from this company. After more than a month I received the turbine alone without propellers. After my intervention again after a month the propellers finally arrived. So the delivery information on the website is not true. Very low level of customer service! I received no answer to my question about the warranty period in this situation, and other technical questions about connecting the unit. I hope the turbine will work properly and I will not have to waste time trying to contact this service!

Atlas 5.and 2solar panels ordered in August 2024. Atlas turbine delivered in October without sails so completely useless. No solar panels or sails as at 17th February 2025 My account blocked after complaints. Their terms say no returns because they claim that each item has unique customer software, rubbish!,
Do not deal with this company their only skill is in marketing they even have the gall to claim “next day delivery” on their website.

Paid, but no delivery.
I ordered a wind turbine in January 2024 and paid some €1200 for it.
They said there was delay for parts in March.
I have still not got the turbine, or my money back. But even worse, they just dismiss or ignore and closes all attemts I make to get any contact with them via Contact center. You can´t call them, and they do not call you.

Sorry to say, but the website looks fine, but closer to scam is hard to come. Unfortunately....

My first order, 7kw HERA took 5 months to receive after constantly messaging I placed a second order for different blades on 1/24/24 as of today I haven't received, I sent messages monthly, kept getting the run around. Buyer beware

I ordered new blades from my Tesup Atlas wind turbine (original got destroyed in the first high wind after 2 weeks use) on 13 Sep 2024 and as of 24Jan 2025 nothing has arrived, despite repeated attempts to find out the status. I could not be more disappointed with their non-existent customer service.
