Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a the vertical wind turbine last October and got nothing from them at all. The product hadn't even been manufactured. I asked for my money back and it didn't come.
Dreadful company

Agree with all contributers this is the shitiest company i have received goods from . No output ,T urbine locks up when connected to controller , there is virtually no communication with company. Cant believe I was hood winked by the web ad. And Worst of all its British(they claim) The board of trade should outlaw this type company . They only decent thing received was the transport box. How could someone go to the effort to even design and build this rubbish.

Shipment arrived after almost two months from order. Packaging was terrible. The wooden crate was punched on the cover by the turbine shaft that protruded from the crate. The wind blades where shipped in a used box. In spite of y several attempts to get tech info from the manufacturer I only received very partial replay. Not sure it will work. There are info missing about the combination of wind and solar input/output. Not sure what I can combine

Ordered a charge controller for second attempt took money instantly of my credit card and no product after 3 months on second attempt.

Now the fun process begins with my cc company for a reversal of charges.

Communication is very difficult or next to impossible on the website since there are no phone numbers either.

Should probably avoid this company.

Absolute dogsh1t product. Basar Mesci has the honesty and business acumen of a South American dictator. Glad company is being wound up. Thanks DHL. Products themselves are cheap, inefficient, dangerous, missold, website is full of lies. I’m an aeronautical engineer with 26 years experience of turbines. VAWT makes a nice ornament, hat stand, disco ball;, converted mine to a dog food store unit.

Bought a new Vertical turbine it arrived, had it professionally wired its absolutely usless won't spin in 40mph storm winds. This is incapable of delivering 10kw as advertised SCAM

This company is simply a scam. Stealing money from people. And seems nothing stop them ! It's a shame. An order placed and paid 1st of December 2023 was never delivered, never reimbursed and since I've complained, my account was deleted.

Ordered a wind turbine in August I still not received it contacted them via their contact on the app but they do not reply with a proper answer sometimes not at all. The bank is trying to claim the money back from them. Don’t think having much luck I agree. See some emails with pictures of a unit saying it’s been manufactured for me and will be dispatched shortly. But still not received it and they do not reply to my messages now I have purchased from this company before and reasonably good service but a poor quality product the shaft and the bearings worn out within three months

Complete scam do not deal with this company as they do not follow up with their product as it does not come up to the most basic standard

I purchased a 9kW Wind Turbine on 15 June 2024 online at tesup.com which directed me to tesup.co.za. I received the order confirmation. Up to this date, I never received my order. Upon numerous enquiries on their website, I could not find their contact number, they assured me that I will receive my order because they are busy assembling it. I want to cancel my order but I cannot get in contact with them. I would also like to blacklist tesup.com and tesup.co.za as fraudulent websites.

Scam.

They promised next day delivery if I paid by transfer.
They refused to acknowledge my payment until my bank got involved.
The have not delivered and have provided no timeline for delivery

I would stay away from this company send you an email right at the Beginning saying you'll send you an up-to-date model then you ask when the will be delivered even though the website says five working days London waited one month nothing turned up in the emails they never put a name on the email there is no contact number for the company and luckily for me my credit card company have refunded stay away from this company worst customer services I've ever known original order date was the 19th of August waited well over one month nothing even said to them are you scamming people they never mentioned the word about that just came up with another excuse all the answers they give don't make sense if the company was so big why is the customer services so bad stay away

un happy customer i received turbine 5 months after ordered still waiting for my inveter 11 months after order . i got sucked in

Ordered and paid for a V7 Vertical Wind Turbine (7KW) with low wind blades at October, 28th 2023 and the amount was € 1300,00.

Till today, received nothing. Wrote many emails and opened many tickets but either they give you the standard answer 'we work on it' or they just close your ticket. Asked for option refund, then answers come like; 'they really work on sending the product soon, pallets did arrive!'. Yeah right, might in space at the ISS!

So people, please watch out and do not loose your money at them! I have given them many chances to solve it, now i go this way via media and all other paths to warn people for Tesup their scam!

Might thats also their reason why they not have any phone number or live chat environment!

COMPANY DONT HAVE ANY CONTACT INFO AND TECH SUPPORT IS FRAUD.

Make sure don’t pay and registered your complain to financial institutes so they block this company and more people will not suffer.

This item is a Clayton generator, will not rotate when wired up in 54 kms gusts!
With no load it still needs 12km to get it to rotate, from my experience so far it is a scam!!
I read all the bad and the few good reports & decided to try myself, however it was soon apparent there was something not cosha as I after paying the money it was weeks before I received any product, the excuse was ran out of stock!!may

Their products that they advertise are simply mis=advertised. A VAWT (vertical axis wind turbine) with a claimed output of 5kW never worked at all. I had an independent expert engineer conduct tests and his results showed the sail area would not support more than 70-80W, not the 5,000 claimed, it simply could not turn the generator. He also described the build quality as appalling. I had posted a review previously but it disappeared. I purchased in late 2022. The same product was advertised recently as 7kW!

Complete rubbish only generated 1kw in 3 months NO TECH SUPPORT
