Stay away!!!

Stay away!!!!
Scam company. Recieved the mill but its not working, when i told them about the problem, and finaly after monts getting an answer they claimed that it was out of waranty. so their waranty is just BS.
In fact all the company is a Hoax. Go deeper in to their website and you will see that many of the links is not working.

Horrible company!

Not only that but the wind turbine I ordered was DOA!

We have done all of the things Tesup asked us to do and guess what -

They say we need a different turbine - for more money!

My father order some items from them and since November 2023, we haven't heard anything from them! We sent emails but the answers we get are vague. We are seeking legal action and try to recover out money!!!! I wonder if this company is a SCAM??????

No suport and no contact while the…

No suport and no contact while the turbine is totaly useless ( doesnt produce anything)
The turbine just faces the wind and doesnt move otherwise
After spending 2000 eur very frustrated
Ps it took 6 months to be delivered

They didn't deliver

BEWARE...Despite numerous email exchanges via the Tesup online order account system, saying order for Hera Wind Turbine in March 23 would be delivered soon it never did arrive, with various reasons and excuses why not, often repeated by the same person but very similar to others on other reviews here....Finally obtained full payment refund via credit card after losing patience waiting for many months. One star rating is too many!

Worst customer and technical service

I want to say that I have had a horrible experience just like many others here. I purchased the unit in May 2023 and it still does not work. This company does not care about the customer and give a customer care email stating they will help, but they don't I have not had one phone call or video call to try and solve the issue.

It's a complete scam, fronted by nice website that seduces you

I placed an order, then nothing. All you get is emails stating delay, no response to WhatsApp messages or email.

I then saw £400 off offer, to find that the website had changed, and now, I have no way of seeing my online order. They have removed my email from their website ( and reinvented themselves) and have removed all their contact details. All the tell-tell signs of a complete scam.

Don't waste your time.

Thanks for your response dated 7th jan 2.5 months after my order and numerous emails and what apps messages, however as per my original post ( which clearly you have not read ). you have deleted my access, so I cant raise a in website query , and emailsget no responses . So I look forward to my refund

Atlas 7 is pointless gave tesup the benefit of the doubt as most complaints were the delivery! well delivery took ages. but it then arrived looking amazing and it spins but it doesn't produce constant power so by the time the inverter kicks in wind drops and the inverter goes off and the cycle starts again! Now i am 400m from the beach and the highest house with clear uninterrupted wind from any direction and it still doesn't work. i think i have a possible solution but need to work out a step up transformer between the charge controller and the inverter but I'm getting no help from tesup! so please don't buy!!! you have been fully warned!

Spanish situation ,DO NOT BUY WITH TESUP

Spanish situation , after the order and payment they blocked my account and email address, there was a email from them referring to DHL , DHL doesn't know of any shipment , pure conning practice .
Did denounce in criminal court in Spain through the Guardia Civil , plus Consumer Service , luckily my card insurance covers the payment made . These people are pure SCAM

Turbine disintegrated at wind speed of 10,5m/s

I had been waiting for the turbine for months, and other months for the inverter. I ordered a 7kW set, but got a 1.5kW inverter, they said that there is power loss in cables which is why it's 1,5 kW (5,5 kW loss in a 10m long cable :-) ). Yesterday at wind speed 10,5m/s 30km/h 20ml/h turbine disintegrated.
I'm going to take them to the court. If you want to join, I'll be happy to make it a class case (joint lawsuit).

Na turbinę czekałem kilka miesięcy, kolejne kilka na inwerter. Zamówiłem zestaw 7kW, dotarł inwerter 1,5kW bo jak napisali są straty na kablach (5,5kW :-) ).
Wczoraj przy wietrze 10,5m/s wirnik się rozleciał.
Zamierzam wytoczyć im sprawę sądową, jeśli ktoś ma ochotę się dołączyć to zapraszam do kontaktu.

TESUP does not communicate regarding manufacturing defect for Hera Wind Turbine

On the 27 July 2023 I ordered a Hera Wind Turbine, order number 10078 via the tesup.ie website.

It arrived on the 31st October 2023 with a manufacturing defect as described below. I communicated this issue to TESUP on the 31st October 2023. Their last reply to me about the matter was on the 2 November 2023. Since then up until today, the 23rd November 2023 I have had ZERO REPLY FROM TESUP despite trying to communicate with them several times using various methods such as: emails to 3 TESUP staff, messages via the TESUP messaging app on my computer and on my Android phone, messages to 2 TESUP staff on Google Chat and lastly but submitting a ticket via the TESUP app on my Android phone.

A guarantee is meaningless if the seller stops communicating with the customer. TESUP used to offer a paid one to one consultation that one could book on their website. I can't find this option on their website anymore. So for me it has not been possible to have any meaningful interaction with them to resolve my issue and they simply don't reply within any reasonable period of time.

Below is the text of the email I sent to TESUP on the 15 November 2023 without any reply to date (23rd November 2023):

Dear TESUP

I have written several messages to you via the TESUP messaging app on my computer with no reply from you. I also tried to raise a support ticket yesterday via the application on my phone. I would really appreciate some reply after nearly two weeks of waiting. I know you don't like people communicating to you via different platforms but I have had no response from you via the messaging app on my computer.

When I received my Hera Wind Turbine on the 31st October 2023, I immediately wrote to you that day via the messaging application on my computer to notify you about the manufacturing defect.

Two bolts are meant to be screwed into the central rod at the top of the turbine. The bolt holes should be machined 180 degrees opposite each other to enable both bolts to be screwed in from opposite ends. The alignment of the bolt holes on my central rod are way off enabling only one bolt to be screwed in.

My suggested remedy was to send me another central rod with the two top bolt holes correctly machined 180 degrees opposite each other.

TESUP replied to me on the 2 November 2023 via the TESUP messaging app on my computer saying that and I quote:

"Hello Nigel,
Thank you for bringing the manufacturing defect to our attention. We take this matter seriously, and I want to assure you that our technical department will get in touch with you shortly to address all the issues you've raised. Your concerns are important to us, and we are committed to resolving this matter to your satisfaction. Best regards, xxxxx"

Another TESUP staff member also replied to me on the same day and I quote:
"Hello Nigel, Thank you for reaching out! This is xxxxx from TESUP. I am an engineer and will be happy to solve your concern
I will personally analyze your system and open a warranty claim for you
It might take a 3-4 days. Thank you for your patience"

I sent pictures via the TESUP computer messaging app. I have attached those same pictures to this email. One of the pictures shows a screw in the bolt hole and the other picture taken from the other side of the central rod shows a bolt hole but without the recess into which the bolt can be screwed. A replacement central rod correctly machined and sent to me would be the simple solution. Please acknowledge the problem and my proposed solution.

I would really appreciate some reply to my predicament and I would like to know what you intend to do regarding the manufacturing defect.

TESUP FRAUD

I ordered an ATLAS X7 wind turbine (attached) through a TESUP website which promised delivery within approximately 3 days. Since 2023.05.23 nothing has been delivered, neither do they offer any tel number nor email address as a contact.

Querying the delivery through WhatsApp/ Tesup website, Tesup responds with a standard explanation that they are seeing to the query and will inform me soonest (without any further notice).

wind mill controller

i bought a wind mill controller, and installed it after the end of warranty, it didn't work at all except giving the battery voltage on the display, the circuit board (made in turquey) is very poor, not happy with my purchase and ppl from tesup not helpfull at all as they don't know what they talking about, impossible to talk to an ingineer....

Waste of time and money buying!

The order came late after several reminders and pushing every week. Installed couple of months later as it was delivered in winter . It does not work in any wind. I have not received any reply to my emails for long time .
