After waiting months from my order the turbine finally arrived damaged! I’ve emailed the customer service team and have received an AI response where they couldn’t event be bothered to fill in all the gaps for them to insert relevant text leaving bracketed text stating “insert company name here”.

Didn’t read up on the reviews below and hope that they have improved their customer service and turned things round or I’ll be going to my bank for their payment protection to recover the costs of the purchase for this inoperable product.

Such a shame as with the climate crisis there is much hope for this kind of technology to succeed. TESUP fall very short of the mark so far and need to take a long hard look at their customer service. Please resolve my issues and I’ll happily update my review accordingly.

This is a total SCAM company. Did not receive my order and after requesting a refund they kept replying by email for 2 months saying "your refund is being processed and is expected due to next week". $2000 lost, do not buy and stay as far as possible from their website where they even deleted my account.

I know that I in my last review said that I would not write another review of my TESUP Atlas 4 but as it has now sung its swansong, the blades have disintegrated, I feel it is right to have closure. All my earlier reviews listed so many issues from the 5th September, 2022, the day of ordering my turbine. As you all know it never generated a watt yet I kept it aloft and rotating. It symbolised a hope. Yesterday morning in a gust of 22m/second, well within its rotational limits according to TESUP, the lower cross-sectional arms fractured placing full force on the shorter upper arms which remained in place as the metal blades ripped themselves free, (x3), and winged off into the countryside.
Phew! What a relief! No more nights worrying about anymore problems. Nothing more to go wrong.
I have advanced my claim for compensation through HM county courts. (Online civil money claims) TESUP have not disputed my claim and the courts have awarded me damages and are now commencing enforcement. To all of you who have been scammed by TESUP this is the way forward to see this company made to pay compensation, and, if necessary, cease trading. It takes a month for the courts to make their decision and there is a following month in which TESUP can appeal the ruling though you can request enforcement at any time during these 30 days. £115 for the initial ruling and £83 for the enforcement which is all recoverable in the settlement.
Happy litigation!!! Stick to the PV panels and the batteries and you will be smiling.

ATLAS 7 - It took 3 months for my goods to arrive, eventually I had to buy a separate inverter, but as this didn't work with the turbine, I ordered one from TESUP that should work with the turbine I had purchased. That took another month to arrive. You have to pay up front then wait for ages, send reminders by email, (which take a week to be answered) because you cannot speak to anyone. Got it all installed BUT they advertise that the Turbine generates at 6 - 7 mph wind speed, but the inverter doesn't seem to kick in until at least 50 Volts is reached and this seems to be 20mph wind speed (which I got during Storm Ciaran). Now they say that there is not an inverter on the market that starts at a lower voltage. So why are they selling something saying it starts to generate at 6 - 7 mph when it needs about 20pmh to operate the inverter. Their answer is to move the Turbine to a higher position - but it is sold as a HOME Wind Turbine

his is by far the worst company I have ever done business with. My Windmail is not working at all, delivery was incomplete (missing all bolts to mount the blades together), One blade is already broken while i gave it a spin to make it start (unsuccessfully).
Another blade is just bend because of the sun....
I ordered in August a new set of blades, had to pay upfront and still did not receive even a delivery date, I received one mail after an inquiry in September, but since nothing anymore, wrote several e-mails but no rsponse at all. I think it is a big SCAM

Do not buy from this company! They will take your money but will not provide you with anything useful. I ordered the AtlasX in Sep 2022 and I still cannot use it as I am still waiting for the inverter.

They don’t communicate for months and then tell you that they understand and want to assist but then don’t do anything.

They are fraudulent. The don’t make their own products they just resell others. Go buy elsewhere

On the website, delivery is claimed at 3 to 5 days. A week after ordering I received an email saying delivery would be delayed and I would be sent an update when delivery was imminent. No timescales referred to. Two weeks after I email/chased for further information, no response. A week later I cancelled the order using a support ticket on the app and have heard nothing since. There is no way to talk to this company and they ignore all communications. On reflection, the way I was not offered the opportunity to pay by credit card should have rung bells. Seeing other reviews it appears this company is a sham, making unrealistic claims for products they only occasionally deliver. The only phone number published for a warehouse in UK, doesn’t answer. All reputable companies selling in UK have properly manned customer service phone lines and at the very least live chat. Beware of this company. Note: this is still unresolved and I have heard nothing back and have not had any money back (or product I no longer want).

This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. The communication is terrible. They do not even read emails, they reply saying “rest assure we are giving you the best service” well I waited 6 months for a product that was “in stock” to arrive. They sent the wrong one and didn’t send the inverter. I can’t get them to even answer a simple question. Don’t bother, you will just get frustrated.

I ordered a charge controller which arrived about 6 weeks after my order. It was not like the product shown online.
It broke down after the first proper windy weather and in spite of numerous communications via different platforms for the last 6 months, I have received no replacement or refund which I am entitled to as the product is still within warranty.

I can't find anything good to say about TESUP. They sell hard but don't deliver. I'm down €1,600 for merchandise they couldn't supply and am still waiting for a refund, (minus a 15% admin charge), it'll probably go to court.
My advice, be cautious when shopping online, and NEVER buy from TESUP.

Check company accounts They are a scam as the financials on the Company Check show them to be almost worthless which for the worlds largest turbine supplier is very suspicious

After much delay in this product arriving and further delay trying to get it installed, my Magmum 5 spun for less than 2 months, then fell apart one windy day - the tail sheared off it's mounting (metal shaft tore free and 2 of the 3 blades snapped off - and at wind speeds well below the advertised maximum. Tesup has been very difficult to contact all along and now for a refund or replacement (though I do believe the design is faulty). I do not recommend anyone purchase from this company.
22/11/23: since writing the above, Tesup has posted me something - as I live in a rural area without a post office, this has arrived at my daughters place - I hope to pick it up in about 10 days - to see if they have sent me replacements for the blades and the tail - so will have more to say IF I can get it up and running and IF it lasts a bit longer a second time. Not feeling very confident.
4/12/23: so I've now got the parcel - it caontains only the replacement blades., no taishaft, fin or nose cone (all of which have also broken off). So I still have an expensive, useless product.

In addition, it was very interesting when customers from different parts of the world ask about the installation and operation of Tesup products in different climatic zones, and here your employee Amanda P. always answered confidently and professionally, although many questions were difficult.
I would also like to note that Tesap is a very modern and advanced company. What you do starting from the website (in all languages!) your products, form of communication with customers, lectures, convenience of purchase and after-sales service makes you a very advanced company from all points of view! Careful on their address, They have shell offices to hide behind. They refused to sign for court papers, changing their address to private flats, Like Mesci did.

I think this is scam company. Do Not Buy from this company. If you do, pay on a credit card. I ordered beginning of june and nothing. You can't speak to anyone or contact anyone.

To all buyers, please don't buy products from this company. I spend 4700 in march, until today I haven't received my items. Company stop communicating,they using 2 virtual platform for payment and fake adress for payments. I ask for money return and they refuse to do it. This company is SCAM , products are low quality from China. They ,,7 kw " wind turbine never reach more than 1.8 kw production under normal working conditions, suplied inverter is 3 kw. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS SCAMERS. I am in Australia, but they do same dodgy business everywhere.

Cannot contact this company in any way, all communication is ignored. How can the 'leading' wind turbine supplier be filing assets of only 30k with companies house/hmrc the 200 people giving reviews here have provided circa 200k worth of business minimum. Wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering !

Now have had various responses from contacts at tesup all giving vague promise of delivery, all scripted responses with no actual delivery estimates or dates. I've been asking to cancel the order and get a refund for weeks now, they finally acknowledge that but are trying to claim a 15% admin deduction. Against all distance selling rules.

I ordered a turbine last week from this company. But wished I read the review before I did. Been try to find out when I will be getting delivery. Emailed message and WhatsApp message. No response. No contact phone number don't spend your money with these people. I will have to get hold of my bank now and try to get my money back

!!!!! WARNING !!!!! It is not often that I take the time to write a review but for this Company I have made an exception. You need to understand that although you pay your money it doesn't mean that you actually get anything for it, do not be fooled by the next-day delivery advert or the next week or the next month for that matter, even if you get emails letting you know it's going to be sent within the next day or so. And don't expect your money back any time soon even if you have not got anything for it. If this review helps to stop Evan 1 poor sucker to keep their money then it has had the desired effect.
