It makes it very easy to obtain your desired books

The system makes it easy to get the textbook from different sources, however, the prices are almost always still very high. It would be cool if students could verify that they have a certain textbook and be able to sell it on the website too.

This bookstore is really helpful in trying to get the books you need and want, and having some of the books chosen from owning it to renting to online definitely helps.if you rent a bookstore, they are rather quick to remind you that you need to give it back soon so that's important to know. I have not had one issue from this bookstore so I think I can say that I definitely recommend this bookstore. It's one of the best bookstore that I have ever bought from.

For most of the books that I bought for my classes I have used this site. I never had a problem with the service itself. It's easy for the professor to put the textbook needed for class, and it sometimes puts the best deals you can find. I would go on amazon and find cheaper prices but that's only occasionally. Nevertheless it's very convenient and simple to use if it's your first time ordering textbooks online.

It's fine. It's nice how they show you all of the books you need, but they put the books you need for spring term before the books you need for fall term which is weird. Also, the "best value" books are almost never actually the best value you can find, just search for the book on amazon or something and you'll probably find a better price. It's nice to have a list of all of the books you need in one place though.

Sometimes the deals for textbooks may be cheaper and sometimes may not be cheaper than other retailers like Chegg, Amazon, or Textbook Underground. This site is easy to use, because it connects your professors required, recommended, & suggested books for the class you’ll take with them. I’ve had a recent experience where the site was incorrect in not posting an access code that was required for my class this semester. The service times could be improved in getting textbooks shipped to students since most of the time, students have to wait to get the syllabus to understand which books are needed to be ordered first, if financially they’re unable to get them all at once.

The site is okay to use. It's easy to navigate and find the books you need. It is more expensive though, and the shipping options might not be as fast as Amazon or other places you can buy the books at. My biggest complaint is that the books are too expensive. It's definitely better to buy lightly used books from a different place.

The bookstore has always been a quick and easy option to purchase books. It allows me to buy used books for very cheap through the marketplace. Even the worn books have been in great shape. It allows for easy linking to amazon to compare prices and delivery dates.

This book store got my books to me in adequate time but they were higher than amazon and other book stores on most books.

The website is easy to use, and it's very convenient that my class schedule links to it so all of the books that I need are in one place. However, I usually just use the website to see what books I need, then order them through other places with cheaper prices and faster shipping. The books appear to be cheap on the site, but then shipping is very expensive and slow, so the books' total price ends up being cheaper elsewhere.

Where I live, I cannot be sure I will get my packages, so I have a post office box, which UPS will not deliver to. Very often when you buy books through this site, you are actually buying them through a third party seller. When books I ordered, never came, TextbookX never gave me the refunds I asked for. They referred me to the sellers, who gave me tracking numbers, which were useless because they showed the package being dropped off but that doesn't mean I received it and so there was absolutely nothing I could do. I spent money on textbooks I never received, then had to spend more money to buy them from another store. Now, I primarily use Amazon.com which has their own public package boxes you can have stuff delivered to, or Barnes & Noble "brick and mortar" stores where I can have my order sent to.

It is very easy to use, connects to my school schedule to easily show the books required for my classes. It also allows you to rent or buy from other sources as well, so you know you are getting a good deal.

Easy to use. I ordered a textbook off the website at the beginning of this semester and it came in perfect condition. It was even wrapped. I've seen cheaper prices for books elsewhere, but their prices aren't bad.

Reliable website that is easy to navigate! It's great that they provide a comparison between new, used, rentals and ebooks. The only issue I had was that one of my textbooks was left out in the rain even though I have a porch where they could have left it, but I am sure that is an issue on behalf of the shipping company. Overall it is a very convenient website that organizes my class so I know which textbooks I need.

I really enjoyed the layout of the website. It was easy for me to find the books I needed for my courses!
