Yes they sent the right book. Yes their price was reasonable. But in the current climate, using the amount of packaging they do is completely unacceptable. A massive box comes to my house, only to contain a tiny reference manual (3x8). The amount of box was totally not appropriate for the size of the book and THE WORLD IS ON FIREEE !! Do better textbookx!

This is the WORST BOOKSTORE I'VE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!
I actually cancelled an order and had it refunded. It was on backorder, so I was safe as in it wasn't shipped at the time of cancellation or refund.
Yet, this .... SMART bookstore still shipped me the book.. and forced me to pay to ship it back to them.
Please do not do business with them.. go through another source. I know I will from now on

I had a bad experience with this company I ordered a book for the fall semester and sent it back at the end 6 weeks later (last week) I received an email stating that the textbook was not accepted and it was junk they charged my card 40.00 without my consent for the book and I shipped it out on time and in the same condition that I borrowed it in !!!! Then they proceed to tell me that they will send me the book, and I can dispute the charge of the book by sending pictures of the now “damaged” book !!! total crap and a scam 🙄 I would never buy from them again !!!

The Online book store for BRTC is very easy to use and smart. When I say that I mean when I go on there to get my books, I just click on my classes and the books are next to each individual class so I don't have to spend a bunch of time searching for all my books.

I have had a great experience with Textbookx. I found the best price for my rental, was able to have a quick delivery, and the book was in excellent condition. I am so thankful for this resource through my school, and I intend on using it throughout my schooling.

I really enjoy this service. It's so much easier than my last school, where you had to go to the on-campus bookstore and stand in line to find your own books. TextbookX identifies the books I will need for class and already has them ready for me, all I have to do is put them into my shopping cart and pay. They're conveniently shipped to my home or school in a timely manner. I love it!!

I really enjoyed ordering my books from here! Usually there’s this long process and most importantly complicated process with other cites. But this one was different and I absolutely loved it. I entirely suggest this, and I plan on coming back with my other classes!

I love being able to find my textbooks and them give me options for purchasing. I did order two different textbooks from these and the orders were both cancelled by the seller. The late notice left me with 2 days to find the textbooks. Thank goodness for Amazon Prime
