We use this program as a nonprofit group, It is a very easy and comvenient way to remind our members of upcoming meetings and events

The setup was easy. The program itself is very intuitive and user friendly. The customer service has been great. The only comment is that it took a while (couple days) to enable the feature to upload a contact list. In my opinion, that service should be available from when your account is setup and verified good to go.

I had to close a store location and needed to adjust my contact lists. While the solution I wanted was not available to just delete those contacts in a bulk, Textedly support was able to walk me through a solution that worked for me. Still using the service and it is effective and affordable for a small business.

I was searching the internet for an affordable texting service that would allow me to pay a minimum amount now (as I'm a small company that is growing) and let me pay more as I grew, which to anyone that knows business is a good combination. Customer service has been awesome, very helpful with any problems or concerns that I've had. I use it to improve traffic on those slow days and it has worked great! I love that there is no long contract and the affordable price points. Just a footnote, I was in business for 30 years prior to starting this new business venture and I used a texting program that was no where near as good as this one..... I don't think you will be disappointed!
