A great team effort.

HORRIBLE COMPANY, PART OF A LARGER GROUP WHO TARGET SPECIFIC BUSINESSES AND PURPOSELY COMPLICATE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, THEY TRY TO HACK COMPUTERS, AND THEY ARE ASSOCIATED WITH CREEPY UK PEOPLE WHO ARE ALL LIARS AND HOLD DIFFERENT BUSINESSES TO DIFFERENT REQUIREMENTS, IM CALLING THEM ALL OUT ON THEIR ACT, IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING THE SAME TREATMENT PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW.

Textline Support, when needed (which is rare), is almost immediate to respond--and quick to resolve the issue. Thus far, this experience has been 5 star for our agency. Side Note: the application for your phone is quick handy and a must-have as well.

Easy to use app

Easy to use program and great customer support
I contacted customer support about an issue with the text number registration banner showing I had not registered the text numbers. They got back to me very quickly to let me know they had received my text and they had a solution the next day. Great customer service and the program is super easy to use.

Reliable and does its job
We have been using Textline for over a year now, and it does what we need it to. There are some limitations but they are always open to suggestions and seem to continuously be rolling out improvements and are honest and responsive with what they can do and how they can help.

not only were my questions answered within minutes, they answered questions i hadn't even asked yet, they anticipated what i needed and jumped on it. I have managed customer service teams for over 20 years so i'm a stickler when it comes to customer servcie and i must say, you provided excellent service! You're doing it right :)
