Clunky and simple, if that's what you're looking for
Clunky. Everything is manual (uploads, downloads), poor metrics and aggregation. Shortcuts and automation is very basic. Basically go with this is you need something SUPER simple

Unreliable Search feature
Keyword and phone number search is unreliable, regardless of formatting. Customer service didn't know how to use it, either, and could only apologize.
