Had sent over a pair of beats for repairs a while back it was fixed and sent back within 5 days packaged very well and the beats still work! Amazing service

Excellent service and they gone inform you with every step. the only issue i didn't like, you cant drop or collect the device which will make the issue much easier and quicker, other then that excellent, thats why the 5 stars. they repaired my son PS5 USB port

Having left the battery in my Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones for a while, when I went to use them I found them inoperable and that the battery had corroded. I found TFix via a Google search and after booking a repair, I eventually sent them off. I was kept well informed as to what was required and how the repair was progressing.
Was slightly annoyed at receiving several emails saying that they were still waiting to receive the headphones and that each booked repair that is not received costs them £20.00. I was unable to send them off as the booking was made on 1st January and with the holiday weekend lasting until the 4th January Post Offices were not open.
Received them back quite quickly.

Granddaughter broke joystick on her nintendo light,t it was the end of the world.I found this co.online ,got on their website and even me being a luddite I found it very easy to navigate.I explained the problem,I received an estimate .I printed off the prepaid labels and sent it off.Order was easy to track at every stage.I received it back wihin a few days.All is well in the World again.Great service great price Thank you Neil Collier.P,S.I am the best Granddad again.

I sent in a PS4 slim for repair that had died. Found out it would need a new motherboard. To let anyone know who may need one, they don't come cheap. But given the current price of PS4's and PS5's if you can even find them, it's worth it. The repair was clearly first class. Hope it remains better than Sony's original inferior work! Thanks Tfix.

Tfix mended our PS4 which stopped loading games. Service was fast and we were kept up to date with progress reports. They even worked on a Christmas bank holiday! Price was transparent and reasonable.

They fixed my Sony headphones which wouldn't charge. Happy with their service and would use them again.

Great service, Efficient service very easy to dispatch and track the service.

Really poor experience with these guys. They were advertising a Beats Solo 3 headband repair service for £37.99 - sent mine off with one broken clip on the left side (packaged in the original case and box so fully protected in transit) only to receive a message quoting £55.99 as "both clips were damaged". £10 cost to return the headphones so I originally considered writing them off (due to the risk of something else failing I'd rather just buy new ones under warranty) but curiosity got the better of me so I paid the £10 to have the headphones returned to find that the other clip had been broken in their care (ie. broke the second clip then tried to charge me for the privilege of fixing it). I'd be curious if anyone else has managed to actually the £37.99 deal (ie. whether this was one persons mistake within the business or is an established practice) but really disappointed with my experience with TFix and not a company I'd trust with my devices in future.

What’s happened to them? They used to repair pretty much anything, they fixed a computer monitor board and a car key for me. Now, it looks like they only repair a very limited range of products and most of their services are suspended. I’m surprised they are still in business.

Very clear and easy service to use. Instructions and progress updates were clear and easy to use. Price was great, turn around was quick. Really pleased and would recommend/use again!

(This saved me buying a new pair of Beats or paying for Apple’s rip off ‘repair’ service which sends you a second hand replacement set of Beats for the price of a new pair!)
