Mixed review here’s why

Mixed review here’s why. They fixed my headphones but it took over 6 weeks to happen. I was updated from start to finish but a lot of it was a repetitive message saying my headphones were in a queue. I could of queue jumped but that would mean paying more so I waited it out. Another thing which I think they should change is my 90 day guarantee started once they sent the email saying my headphones were fixed, but I didn’t receive my fixed headphones until a few days later. Let’s hope my headphones still work after TFix’s day 90 otherwise I will update this review.

However, our website clearly displays our service time and every single customer has the information about the service time before they order. We also confirm the service time with all customers after the evaluation stage.

Everything and anything we service comes with a three months warranty. You can check your warranty status by logging to your account online.

All devices we repair follow our post-service Quality Control checks, which are performed by a dedicated team of people.

During an inspection, the team of experts perform various rigorous testing procedures to ensure we fixed every single issue before it leaves our premises. So we are entirely sure it leaves our premises in full working order. You can check the results of the quality check within our order completion email. Our order processing software generates this report automatically tailored to your device category.

Please understand that we are in no way pushing you to spend any more money and understand that recycling your device for reuse has to be cost-friendly. However, the priority VIP service is highly requested, and we cannot stop other customers from using it to their advantage.

They want your product to scam you and then recycle it

I’ve had a really bad experience with their customer service the device was working fine other than a crack on the glass. I sent it to get repaired also asking for a better replacement and they’ve suggested a whole new logic board too.

I’ve been asking every week for two months to have the final quote sent to me for evaluation and they keep sending me automated messages never responding to my request.

I think there is a business scam/ advantage they take on people... to get your product, purposely break it and offer you such bad service that you recycle the product through them. I still want my product back from them, all I have is my hope...

Definitely use again, reasonably priced and good communication throughout.

AVOID. If repair fails they'll not honour their warranty. Shame as service was good initially.

My initial experience with TFix was very positive, I damaged the MicroUSB socket on my DJI Mavic 2 Pro controller and sent off for repair. They diagnosed and agreed this was the issue and fixed and returned within a week. I was over the moon at this prompt service!

HOWEVER, after receiving the controller back I used it once and the USB socket failed again. There was no accidental damage like the first time, I used it as normal. I knew I had a 3 month warranty with the repair so assumed it would be no problem for them to fix it again so sent it back to them. Not so, they said I'd accidentally damaged it again and would not repair under the warranty. They also told me they would not offer me any proof even though they had it. When I said I'd be posting a negative review they said they'd use the proof to justify their decision publicly but only as a reply to my negative review not as a service to a previously loyal customer.

Very arrogant behaviour from a company I'd just spent my heard earned money with but yes, cost me £123 for the repair and was obviously not carried out very well. Just beware that they will not honour your warranty if the repair fails and will not supply proof either (unless you post a negative review apparently).

My sons ps4 hdmi wasn't working so I had a look online and came across these guys and I'm so glad I did great communication from the very start all the way to it being delivered back to us they even paid for postage which is very helpful, price was very reasonable also and my son had his ps4 back with in a week. Very happy and would highly recommend anyone using them I have them saved for any other future work and have told other friends also 😁 keep up the fantastic work 👍

PS4 Repair - Top service with quick turnaround

I need to fix my PS4 and usually I would do this sort of thing person. I was initially sceptical about sending my console off to be fixed but I thought I’d give it a go with TFix. They were amazing and very easy to deal with. Also, they got my PS4 fixed quickly and I wasn’t waiting long for it.

I’d highly recommend using TFix, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they were to use. 10/10

Five Star Service

My Xbox stopped reading discs the week before Christmas. Having shopped around online TFix were the cheapest option and had the most hassle free delivery/return process. They also provide the shipping label to send it in and don't charge for sending it back! They're also fairly local to me but don't accept walk-ins which is understandable, but not helpful. I mean, is there really any difference between me dropping it off or a postman delivering it? The service was very good, even though the postal service was not. Once they had the Xbox it only took a couple days to get it fixed and shipped back to me. And it was next day delivery by courier so I had it back in time for Christmas. I would certainly recommend TFix and would definitely use them again.

Had a faulty HDMi port on my PS4. After a dreadful and slow experience with CeX, TFix blew my socks away with a fast and effective service. Self-service postage was a bonus.

XBOX MS Pro Controller Repair - 1Yr Old

Repairing electronic goods, rather than investing the expense in new, is a tough call to make. Trusting strangers miles away and out of sight, to do the right thing for the right price, makes it an even more tense decision to take.

I’m pleased the repair movement is gathering size and momentum, but it’s still a task harder to do than it should be. This all creates a mix of anger and suspision that must be difficult for a repair business to take.

I found TFix dealt with my repair exceptionally well. The cost was 40 to 50% more overall than would have made the decision to repair vs renew easy to accept. However, I respect the company needed to charge all that it did.

I certainly feel I have got what I paid for, carried out quickly and hassle free. I’m very happy to support what the comapny stands for as well.
