Recommended - your gadget will be safe here.

Wary about sending in my drone to an unknown supplier, I ended up choosing TFix given its transparent pricing, low cost assessment and the good reviews here. I'm glad I did. The drone was back within a few days, well packaged, and is working again. Communication was frequent throughout the repair. Recommended

Apple watch for screen fix on…

Sent in Apple watch for screen fix on an agreed price. By return say the parts aren’t available (despite still advertising on website) and offer £6.50 to recycle it! Or pay £10 to have it sent back.
Made it clear that’s not the contract and will pursue legally.
UPDATE -
They refuse to provide the service - i quote "We can see that you still did not remove your defamatory reviews from the internet, so we are not inclined to go out of our way to provide you with any kind of service, which could meet your expectations."
in other words they haven't provided the service they agreed too, they continue to offer a price (6 days later on website) they can't deliver on and expect me to pay £10 to get my watch back. And won't return it if i don't change this review. Now they say they will destroy the watch as I haven’t paid despite me cancelling the contract. This, according to government advice, is a breach of the law.

Please accept our sincere apologies.

Let's clear up some things for our other customers:

1. The prices we have on our website are done to the best of our ability, however, considering the fluidity of recycled parts they are subject to change once we have your device in for evaluation.

2. We never asked the customer to pay anything and only offered them different options on how to get their device back to life and save money.

3. We apologise, however, this Covid-19 situation changed a lot of things and a lot of strategies changed for many businesses. However, we can always promise to do our best and to ensure we do not cause any financial loss to our customers.

Nervous… but shouldn't have been.

I was a little nervous about sending our well-used and well-loved Nintendo Switch in the post to a company I hadn't used before, but with a dead console on my hands and kids acting like the dog had died, I felt I had nothing to lose.
What an amazing service! Clear pricing, contact throughout the whole process and returned in under a week, all beautifully fixed and data/game progress intact. Brilliant, brilliant service.

Quick, informative and reliable

My Xbox One S wouldn't display any video, but I didn't know what the problem was. TFix ran a diagnostics, repaired and cleaned my Xbox for £83. Throughout the whole process, an online webpage keeps you updated to where you are in the queue, what repairs are being performed, and the cost breakdown of the repair. Their pricing is very reasonable and they even paid for the delivery to the warehouse. With a 3 month warranty, it is a no brainer.

I loved everything about this company

I loved everything about this company. Searched who could fix my Pioneer cdj2000 and came across these guys. Got initial quote, mailing in simple, got proper quote, paid and returned. Essentially facilitates the tedious bullsh1t of trying to find genuine people to fix simple tasks. Everything is covered from posting options to not going through. Cannot send enough positivity to tfix. Complete game changer for the future of fixing things online. Well done whomever started this!

Fast, cheap, and reliable

I needed to repair the headband of my headphones. The service was really fast: they fixed it within 24 hours of receiving it and then send back within 24 hours of receiving my paymetn. Thye kept me updated of every step of the process and the end result is undebatable. The price was quite cheap as well, so I would recommend.

💯 Nice service, cheap products

Everything worked out pretty well! They replied quiet fast when I wanted to know something so no problem in communication 🤷🏼‍♂️ :)
Everything arrived as I thought: A refurbished Monitor with usage marks but still working perfectly fine and cheap as hell! So yeah that's why I bought it and everything worked out!

Extremely Disappointed

Extremely disappointed. Honestly at first I was pleased with service in terms of getting my Xbox repaired, but it all went downhill from there.

I was getting my One X repaired following E102 and E105 errors, and after the repair I'd planned to sell the console on. I got the console back, tested it which seemed fine, then sold it on to a new owner.

I stupidly I removed the warranty sticker thinking everything would be fine because I didn't want to sell it with it on, but within days the new owner contacted me with the exact same issues, so I took it back to hopefully get it sorted.

Again, totally my mistake for removing the warranty sticker and I didn't expect to get my money back, but I thought they would try and help me out to get it working again in a reasonable way. Nope!

They want to charge me another £106 for the exact same repair, which means new hard drive (so apparently the one they put in failed immediately), thermal component refurbishment (guess that was bad too?) and internal cleaning (did they not clean it enough the first time?).

The stinger is that they would offer me £15.50 for the console THEY supposedly fixed.

I'm absolutely not without fault here, I hold my hands up to that, but however many times they cite the procedures they have to follow I'm staggered at how immovable they are when it comes to helping their customers.

Brilliant service.

Repaired my Beats Solo headphones which had a motherboard issue so sound was only coming out of one ear. They were returned to me like new for a half of the cost Apple were quoting. Full tracking service the whole way through so I knew what was going on, and speedy service despite having to order parts from a third party. Less than 10 day turnaround. Really pleased.

When I visited the tfix business it took quite a while for someone to see me nearly 2 hours j waited and was worried that these guys weren’t professional. But once I handed it in they kept me posted every step of the process and once it was fixed it was like it was brand new. These guys really are experts thought they wouldn’t be able to fix my problem as it was complicated but they did it with ease. Definitely encourage gamers with console and controller issues to go there as they will fix anything!
