TFix well done!

TFix. One word. Excellent. The repair to my son’s Beats headphone ear pads is even better than new. Speedy service and the online tracking of the repair instilled great confidence. Got them back Saturday and already being used. Would I recommend? 100% yes!

We used TFix to repair my Son’s beats…

We used TFix to repair my Son’s beats headphones, efficient service, kept informed by text and email at every step, very happy with the repair which was to replace the ear pads.
When they arrived back the box was bashed and the headphones band would not click in to place, likely due to the post offices handling, I contacted them by email and received a call back asking me to return them and they would repair the band free of charge, no quibbles and again kept us informed and returned within the week perfect.
My son was over the moon.
Would highly recommend

Not one complaint

We used TFix for the first time and the sevice was very efficient. We found them to be very easy to use and had very quick turnaround times. We also appreciated being kept informed every step of the process. We would highly recommend this company to everyone and would use them again if necessary (fingers crossed we don't need to any time soon though!!).

Excellent service

I sent my Beats studio 3 headphones over to TFix as I had accidentally snapped the headband on one side. I was sent some label’s to send over my headphones to them for free. Once they had received my headphones they gave me regular updates on the account I created with TFix to track my order. Got my headphones back now and they have done an excellent job, I would recommend them.
