Don't trust them with your tradeshow

If you have to use their tradeshow department good luck. I will never use them again. First negative experience. The driver couldn't pick up the package from GES. This took about 6 hours to resolve and they charged me for it. At the end of the day it was a language barrier issue. Second bad experience, completely destroyed the wooden crate on a return shipment. Now, this was a heavy duty, reinforced well-built crate, so it would have taken a gigantic force to destroy. Third and final experience, my shipment was not picked up until 3 days after it was scheduled. Mind you I was communicating with them throughout the day and trying every avenue I could to get help with this (phone calls, emails, texts). When it finally was picked up I was concerned it would not make it on time. I was told that it was still guaranteed for delivery on 6/6. When I arrived on 6/7 it was not there. They'd never sent me the tracking number either so I had no avenue to work with their regular customer service who "don't use the same numbers" The tradeshow department is closed on a sunday and were not on site as they told me they would be so I had no way of knowing if my booth would arrive on time for the show. So I call them at 7am on the day of the show to find out if there is a prayer I'll get my shipment in time. I talk to the same rep that dropped the ball throughout the process, "Debbie" and received no explanation, no apology and no indication of when I could expect to see my crate. Apparently, it was in ohio still. So I requested it just be returned to sender at their cost and went last minute shopping in an uber to try to put together some kind of booth. Day one of the tradeshow went on. I arrived to day two of the tradeshow to see my crate. So .... now I have more stuff than I can possibly ship back in one crate and I already bought all this stuff that was not in my budget to make this show go on..... Suuuuper helpful.

TForce LIES about shipments!

T Force is a TERRIBLE company! They lie about your shipment status! For three days in a row, they marked my package was out for delivery, estimated to arrive within an eight hour window. I stayed home each day and T Force never showed up, despite marking "No one at address to receive package" on the tracking.

I was there! I was listening for a truck, for a doorbell, and NOTHING. Customer service would not address my concerns, and ultimately sent the item back to the seller. Absolutely ridiculous, lying company. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I had no choice in using them as it was the shipment company selected by the seller, but now, if given the choice, I will NEVER choose TForce. I don't care if I have to pay more to not use them, it would be worth the added cost to avoid them.

Worst Shipping Company in the USA

The shipment was picked up 3 weeks ago. It got lost for a week and nobody called to let me know. I called the overseas call center to find out nobody knew where the shipment was. They seached the docks to try to find it and said they would call back. 2 weeks later nobody called to let us know anything, despite them saying they would. When the shipment was found they sent it across the country (Washington to North Carolina) missing Memphis and now it will be another week for the shipment to get to me. This company's service is so bad the VA is jealous. I would not trust these people with anything of any value. This would be a Zero star review, if that was possible. Save your time and money.

Ordered from Vans. All in correct address. Along the line someone changed or shortned my address and didn't notify me of an incomplete or address change. Thereby delaying it for the following week.

I can state with absolute certainty…

I can state with absolute certainty that their accountants aren't worth the hassle. They simply do not do their jobs and expect the customer to do it form them. They also lie about deliveries and forge signatures to make them APPEAR to be delivered.

Terrible

They attempted to deliver a package with no warning before the predicted due date and at 10pm. I wasn't able to answer the phone - which came from an unfamiliar number. This happened twice, and then the tracking information wasn't updated for 4 days. When I emailed customer service they gave me vague information until they said the package was returned to sender, although the tracking information was not updated. I checked with the sender and they didn't have the package or any knowledge of the tracking updates.

Bill number 140734926 Delivery April 2025.
No call before hand to schedule. They just showed up. Driver tried for 5 min to convince me he couldn't pull around the corner to my driveway. Not rude. Just little customer service. Wouldn't even consider moving item up the driveway for additional money. I've had several items delivered by freight and this was the worst experience.

I wish I could give a negative -10…

I wish I could give a negative -10 stars !! This is the worst company I have ever in my life dealt with.. I made the order from ikea on April 6 and on April 17 I cancelled it .. I called numerous times and no answer. They had no idea where the package was or when it was coming !! And for gosh sakes hire people who actually speak and understand ENGLISH!!!!

I want to give 000 star but no choice…

I want to give 000 star but no choice to put this one star here or else I can’t leave the message I’m very disappointed with this Tforce shipping service they have my package but they hold it for what ?? And they change my delivery date too isn’t that far away from me but they just hold it they won’t deliver my package to me and to mine you I pay already everything the border fee etc so why hold it ??! And I don’t understand why still they hold my package for no reason! I’m really disappointed and frustrated and stressed about this!! I hope this company will close down as they give lots of people stresses I don’t even know they’re exist until the other company decided to deliver my package to them instead to me now I don’t know what to do! Why are they doing this ?! I’m super stressed right now !

The very WORST option

The very WORST option. This company will actually COST YOU $ for their mistakes. They called on a Friday before close to schedule a delivery. No problem, I called back the following Monday and scheduled a delivery for Tuesday. In the middle of the Tuesday delivery window, I received a call that they were wanting to schedule a delivery for Friday. I said, well I’m at home waiting for the delivery now. It was later determined by customer service that an order had been made, but due to a mistake on their end, it wasn’t actually put on the schedule. This was after Margaret at the Knoxville office tried to blame it on me for 15 minutes, suggesting that it was maybe my fault for calling a wrong number? wrong extension? etc etc etc. So Maragaret rescheduled for Friday between 10-2 pm. At 4:30 pm (rain was expected at 5 pm), the driver arrives and wants to leave a mahogany sauna panel on the curb. My hubby and son had left at 2 pm. The driver would not roll it up to the house as it’s “curbside” delivery. I can’t move it as I had treatment on my knees and cannot lift anything for a week. This box requires 2 people to move it. The driver tells me that if I do not accept the delivery that they will not be re-delivering, and I will have to go pick it up. They are 2 1/2 hours late. It’s going to rain in under 30 minutes. There isn’t anyone here to move the box, and they won’t redeliver? This company needs an overhaul in customer service and needs to learn the value of taking responsibility for their own mistakes. When they make a mistake, they need to make it right. As it stands, they cost us time and money. By the way, this was a replacement for a delivery they made last time which was a warped wooden Sauna panel. I now wonder how it got warped… Is it their mishandling of the product?

Driver refused to back up the truck or…

Driver refused to back up the truck or to even unload the pallets onto my driveway because it was gravel--this is well packed and not a problem for other delivery companies such as Southeastern Freight. He wanted to unload it into the public road where I would have to unpack the pallets in traffic or have me go pick it up at the dock. If I had a way to pick it up at the dock, I wouldn't need it delivered. Told them to send it back. They are the worst at customer service.

Horrible, lazy unprofessional

Horrible. I had a very expensive very fragile shipment that James carelessly took off the truck as I recorded it all. This, after refusing to take it off the truck until I signed for it. I requested very nicely and then he became flippant and rude. I said "I need to inspect for damages first etc. He refused. Wasn't until he had to call his boss, did he take it off. And of course this thing weighs 700 lbs. Instead of backing his truck up in the driveway and dropping it right off, (easy right?) he created a ton more work for himself trying to move it to the curb on the pallet while it was unstable and unleveled. Horrible service with lazy man's mentality.

Lazy and Inconvenient

Have insanely large delivery windows, and make minimal effort to deliver in enclosed complexes. Every other delivery service manages to find a way to deliver packages in my building, but they seem to give up after one attempt and never contacted me after having difficulty getting into the building. They simply returned my package to the sender.

Extremely impressed

I ask the man at the gate where I needed to park to pick up my package and he was very helpful. I told him that I was there to pick up a car engine and he knew about it which shocked me. I walked into the freight office and Jared A greeted me and knew exactly what I was there to pick up. Jared immediately instructed someone to get a fork lift and put it into my truck. Very impressed!!!

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. I called multiple times to ensure the driver would call me for directions because my road is unusual. When the time delivery finally came, dispatch said the delivery was canceled by me according to the driver. The driver never called me. Wasted my entire day waiting around. Driver lied to get out of work. I repeatedly called four hours in advance four different times to ensure communication but was never connected with the driver. Dispatch manager blame me for giving a false phone number. They hadn’t the correct phone number on file and when I gave them the phone number Dispatch wrote it down wrong and blamed me

Terrible Delivery Tracking

This company provides a tracking #, but never update the locations. Never provided any tracking info. Supposed to be delivered Wednesday the 26th of March. After writing to T Force, I get a call saying that it won't be delivered until next Tuesday. Another week delay. It's sitting in Portland, 1 hour away. Very disappointing. I wouldn't hire this company for any reason. Nor should you.
On a positive note, they did say I could pick it up today.

WORST Freight Company

This place is actually WORST Freight company I’ve had to deal with. From constant hangups from customer service, to holding my package for two weeks at terminal, to failing to call me back to schedule a pick up and leaving us with no option, but to wait for this shipment. They only deliver to our area once a week, and require an appointment to deliver. We tried to call and schedule an appointment, and they won’t let us. Instead, they suggest we wait for a phone call that never comes. Currently we are waiting on an order that has been sitting at their terminal since March 13. We had hoped to receive it today, as they only come on Thursdays, but because no one has called back or allowed us to schedule an appointment we are forced to wait additional time as they only come on Thursdays. Unfortunately, the company that we buy product from utilizes this company to send shipment so they are not a choice of ours for freight. I would not recommend this company to anyone that needs their shipment shipped timely. We are a company that relies on product to sell. When it sits in a terminal for as long as it does, we lose sales. This is horrible for our business, and we are looking to cut off this company for product because of the company they select for freight.
