My shipment was scheduled for today but now I’m told it will be another week because I am a “remote location” ,as it sits on a dock in Hermiston,125 miles away on Hwy 84.
I live in Baker City Oregon on Interstate 84 which basically runs from Seattle/Portland to connect with 80 which runs to the East coast via Boise & Salt Lake City.My guess is that they can’t even make up a load because they have such poor service. I know I will never let a supplier use them again.

Only gave them 1 start because I had to. This is the worst freight vendor in the country. They either delay shipment by weeks, deliver to the wrong location, or don't deliver at all. Their tracking system is not accurate. They don't return phone calls or provide any worthy information when trying to file a complaint or obtain information. Do not use these guys.

Ordered a basketball standard. It came in and Hugo was awesome to work with. The delivery guy was great as well but I can't remember his band name. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again!

Delivered my package to a completely wrong address and sent a random picture of someone's door. Their site will not let me submit a ticket regarding this order and no one is responding to me so need to file a complaint now.

Order picked up in Florida 1/28. Arrived in Altanta GA on 1/29. That is the last tracking except for "DELIVERY APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN SCHEDULED WITH THE CONSIGNEE" on 2/5 and 2/6 and "OUT FOR DELIVERY" on 2/11 when I received a call from the driver when he was 30 minutes out.
Shipment of 4 boxes of finished flooring became a mess of empty boxes and loose planks all jumbled up and plastic wrapped after boxes were destroyed during shipment.
This is the very first time in decades of receiving shipments that I had no option but to refuse delivery, since there was no reasonable way to determine if the shipment was complete and without damage.

I purchased an engine on line from j spec auto sports in Virginia. The order was picked up by t force freight on Thursday of last week, 2/6/2025. I tracked the shipment on the tforcefreight website. All the tracking was very accurate and updated quickly. The engine arrived yesterday, 2/10/2025. From what I know, Tforcefreight does not run their trucks on the weekend, so the delivery took 3 days total! Very fast delivery👍👍 The delivery guy was also very professional and the engine was in perfect condition.

If I could possibly leave less then 1 star I absolutely would. Stay away from this shipping company they are scam artists liars the most disgusting place I have ever dealt with lied over and over when they were picking up shipment lied for days about that had to cancel flight pay more get another lied about price was suppose to be 621.94 the had are stuff for almost a month holding it hostage it was all my sons stuff he moved back home with so he had nothing then tbey wanted 15994 so another almost 1,000 more and would not give us r stuff untill we paid another 1.000 stayyyyyyy away cant tell you this enough we were treated terriable do t believe a wprd they say at all ever save yourself some real pain and agonyand dont use this company.I dont know how there still in business cause they tell u lies on phone and by the time u know there lying they already have ur stuff hostage . We got no compansation no nothing but miss used the only person that was decent was the truck driver who didnt have anything to do with the otber bull crap. The date on bottom is when it all first started we didnt get our stuff till feb 7,2025

Stupid woman quoted me a price of $1000+ without knowing destination, origin, dimensions or weight of package.
I laughed in her face and hung up.

Paid for 2 day freight from Rochester to Hampton. On day 4 and the only thing we get is bad weather. No bad weather on the east coast? Terrible service.

Horrible customer service. I've been dealing with them arbitrarily adding a charge to a paid in full COD for months. I've been told on 2 different occasions that the charge would be taken off the invoice. Now they are making up "different" more expensive charges in order to get me to pay the additional $75 they wrongfully added to my invoice to begin with and trying to say that I can pay a different fee of $200 for Hand Delivery vs. a Lift Gate service. This has been going on since October of 2024. Now they are sending threatening emails at 1 and 2am saying they will "escalate" matter and send it to collections. I have been in business for 25 years and have dealt with multiple freight companies and they by far are one of the absolute worst. The driver gave me the COD on the day of delivery, which I PAID IN FULL that day. It is absurd that they can just add additional charges of whatever they feel like after the fact and then threaten companies with collections if they dispute the charge. Any reputable freight company informs its customers of ALL charges prior to delivery. It's clear from other reviews and the F rating from the Better Business Bureau that not only is TForce Freight unprofessional but unethical as well. I would never trust this company to ship anything. Unfortunately I didn't have a choice and the supplier I use chose them. If I had known and read their reviews I would of NEVER!!

My original tracking said it would be delivered on January 22nd so I took a whole day off work to wait for it but it never showed. I then get a call on January 23rd to schedule a deliver, which I did my delivery time was from Noon to 4pm. I took another day off work to wait for them to deliver and guess what no package and no call. I decided to email them and received a response that the truck was too big to deliver to my location. Which was a bunch of bull crap because my daughter drives an 18 wheeler and parks it on the side of my home. I then called the manager per the email and they told me he wouldnt hear their call so I couldnt speak to him. I told her well she needed to return the television to the sender because I no longer want it I cant afford to lose more time waiting for their company. The representative placed me on hold to talk to whom ever. When she came back to the phone she told me if a driver doesn't feel safe then they cant make him deliver my package. So which one is it? Is the truck too big or is the driver not safe. This company is a joke. The area I live in is safe, I live on a corner lot where there are 3 lanes for traffic. The neighborhood is pretty much empty all day and in the evening no one comes outside. They lie just to have an excuse to do as they please. This is unethical and I will be complaining to the BBB.

I dont get it, why Stockx use this company to deliver items. This is already the second time they lost my pacakge. They claim they delivered it and provide picture. but picture was taken at a random place not mailroom or receptionist desk. This company is a joke. I wrote email to them, they wrote back told me calm down to be patient. They probaly dont remember I am still waiting response from them for my last package lost in Nov last year.

Said delivered my package 3 times going actually on 4 times and still have not received my package. I have told Office Depot not to deal with this company yet they still do. They are suppose to deliver my package again tomorrow. It better be delivered in perfect condition I already gave them every possibility for them to make this right. I had issues with this company before this is not the first time and I am sure it won't be the last time until companies put them out of business so they can't do this anylonger to customers waiting for supplies and not receiving them. They are the worse.

First, they refused to deliver to my property. They claimed that the road was too narrow and didn't have a dolly. Then, I scheduled for pickup at their terminal at my own expense. They told me that I could do at 1pm. Then the guy at the terminal said they could do it at 2pm. The female representative at Tukwila brand was so bad. She couldn't help, got angry at me, and hung up.

End of the story. This is the worst freight shipping company in the US!

My brother in law WON a TV a work. Wow that's a Great Company. Anyway he did not need it so he gave it to his Bother for XMAS. My Husband was so excited a new 75 inch TV for Xmas. for our NEW HOME!!! The TV was Brand new. My brother in law took it to a UPS STORE, and they decided to ship with the worst Company on Earth TForce Freight. the TV was supposed to be delivered by Xmas that didn't happen, because they didn't have a truck to make the Delivery the TV was 15 mins from my Home we could have picked it up, we have a pickup truck so on 30th on December 2024 A truck arrived at my home. My new TV yay! No this TV was Refused the Box was SOAKING WET. I immediately
took out my phone and started taking picture's of this box. it so wet I could peel the paper off the box. Wow so was my TV sitting in Water the whole time? WHO put it on the Truck WET WOW!! and we paid for INSURANCE.I call this Company and they keep giving me the RUNAROUND Her's the icing on the Cake they say there returning TV to the Shipper for what it's DAMAGED!!!!! WOW !!!!Thanks for ruining my husband XMAS MY WALL IS BARE Thankyou UPS AND TFORCE

TForce Freight delivered a product to my residence without making an appointment, no one was home to inspect or sign for the product. It was left in my driveway damaged beyond repair by an obvious fork lift gouge penetration, next to the bright orange label stating “do no forklift”, and the bill of loading receipt was placed by the deliverer into the forklift hole. A consignee is legally required to inspect and sign for any freight deliveries. BEWARE of TForce Freight.

My order sat in their Salt Lake City yard for twelve days and they would not deliver it to my location. I finally made the three hour drive down there to get it myself. I really don’t know why anyone would use this company. Very Disappointed!!!

If there was a zero review I wouldn't hesitate to do it. Worst company ever. They are always late. All the time. Workers don't know how to handle phone calls. They never picked up my shipment. I ended up cancelling and choosing a different carrier. I chose FedEx over this bad company

My delivery was on time and came about 1:15. Time was perfect. The delivery was 5*. Fedex is never on time. Was very pleasantly surprised by TForce. Highly recommend.

The driver left my parcel hanging in a makeshift mailbox hanging on a chain link fence in front of a construction site. !! Not even near my house!! The company from where I ordered it thankfully replaced my order !! What kind is a dumb person leaves a package at a construction site ??? I have the picture. Very stressful for me. Never use them again.
