Lousy shipping company. Give you an arrival time for your package and then call last minute to say it won’t be delivered until four days later.

Lying driver....

I ordered a piece of equipment to be delivered, and the merchant's invoice had TForce Freight as the delivery method. I received a text stating it had shipped from the merchant and was going to TForce.
I received a call from TForce to schedule an appointment for a delivery date of 11/18/2024 between 9a-4p (this is already a wide window to have someone waiting). I requested to be informed approximately one (1) hour before the driver was on their way. On 11/18/2024, I called TForce at 15:11 to inquire about the whereabouts of my order. The operator stated that the driver still had time to deliver within the original window provided. I explained to the operator that I requested a one-hour notice, which was the reason for the call. I told him I would wait until 16:00 for the driver to arrive.
The driver (Manuel Herrera) called me at 16:52 and asked, "Could you meet me somewhere else to complete your delivery?". I informed the driver that wasn't an option and that he could deliver it to the address provided. The driver said I would have to reschedule the delivery because my order was in the wrong truck. He said, "This is on the wrong truck, and it's an 18-wheeler". I was confused about what that had to do with making the delivery. He stated, "I can't drive the truck into the neighborhood." I informed him that 18-wheelers always make deliveries in the neighborhood. He noted that all his drops say that.
I asked the driver if he knew he couldn't make the delivery and why he hadn't informed me of this earlier that morning. Why didn't you have them put it onto another truck? He responded by saying, "I'm just the driver". I answered that you are the driver who knows what's on his truck and where it's going. I said a few words that weren't nice, but who wouldn't have after sitting around all day waiting on a delivery driver who didn't have the courtesy to call at the beginning of the day? I honestly think he didn't want to drive through rush hour traffic, so he really wanted me to meet him elsewhere. The delivery was rescheduled for the following Monday, 11/18/2024, between 9a-1p.
On 11/18/2024, I called to inquire yet again about my delivery that was not arriving between the window they provided. The lady informed me that the driver would be at my home at approximately 15:30, two and a half hours outside of the second delivery window given. I asked her if there were other late deliveries, and she stated, "No, there are four more before mine, but they have no appointment time." Now I'm baffled because of how many deliveries without scheduled times receive their deliveries before mine with a planned time that has passed already. Not only that, but this was also a second attempt because they dropped the ball the first time. It was a good thing I just took the remainder of the day off because the driver showed up at 14:35 without even calling ahead of time. Get this it was also delivered on the type of vehicle that was deemed not able to make it through the neighborhood, but with a different driver. Like I stated previously it was the driver and not the vehicle. I'm glad this experience is over.
I took the time to write this to inform others to use another form of freight delivery if possible. These people do not care about your time at all. You would think there would be some urgency to ensure the issue was corrected after the first failed attempt.

So far super disappointed with company

So far super disappointed with company. Zero email updates. Received a call yesterday with a 10-12 delivery window. Called at 12:20pm to receive an update and was met with Ed. An incompetent, rude, passive-aggressive and unhelpful employee. Literally couldn’t tell me when or how long this delivery will take. I see why they have such terrible reviews. Think twice before buying products that use this delivery service.

The worst ever

Ordered from Nordstroms Package was left six feet from the front door late at night in the poring rain. Package was totally wet with about a gallon of water dripping out of the box. The lazy person could not walk another six feet.
Next day another order from Nordstroms said in was delivered but never got two very expencive sun glasses. We have cameras. No package was ever delivered.
My daughter also order from Nordstroms TForce said they delivered the package at 11:30 PM guess what no package. I hope Nordstrom's wakes up an stops using them. I thought Ontrack was the worst but TForce has them beat by far!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
T-Force Freight lost a $20k pallet and did nothing to find it. They dropped it off at their Fontana, CA station, marked it as delivered and left it to rot. We had shipped multiple pallets to the intended destination before using T-Force and previously they were delivered without issue.
All attempts to contact anyone who could help were in vain. Our sales rep went completely silent and started screening our calls. We lost $20k worth of goods and they did absolutely nothing to fix their mistake.

Worst delivery

Either the driver did not try to deliver the package or the dispatch did not do their job to send the driver instructions. My package has now been delayed for 2 days for the reason "they missed us". Although I have called and told them twice to leave the package by my front gate.

I placed an order from California in…

I placed an order from California in June. Not only did I not receive the parcel, T force claimed the item being shipped was rerouted by accident, was involved in an collision , and that I was to place a damage claim in. Why? Im out my purchase, my freight, my brokerage fees, and their claims blocked my email. Do not hire them. They are incompetent. I don’t care who I piss off at this point. If you are careless and incompetent, you do not deserve to be employed. You’ll be hearing from my lawyer.

T-Force - Not Owning Up to Mistakes

T-Force has been unethically constructing new narratives to make up for their mistakes. A month ago, I had set up a pick up shipment and they confirmed to be there by 5pm. I personally was working on the receiving dock all afternoon, well after 6 and they never showed up. When I called to question, they said the driver came and "we were closed". It is evident that a driver never even came on our premises after video review and our dock doors were open. This caused a customer to be angry with us.

Flash forward to today (11/13/24). We scheduled 4 shipments to be picked up yesterday. When we called this afternoon to figure out why they hadn't shown up, they responded with " you guys cancelled the shipment" which only one person handles the set up and she DID NOT, and they said the pickup for the other shipments was for today, not yesterday. When in fact, we have the confirmations for pickup for 11/12/24. This again is going to leave our customers angry.

They lack transparency and will not own up to the issues they have created.

The worst service I’ve ever dealt with!

My shipment was supposed to be picked up, and for two days I was promised that the driver was "on the way." I called dozens of times, and each time heard the same thing – the driver is coming, should arrive soon. In reality, no one ever showed up, and I incurred extra storage fees because of their inability to complete a simple task.

If this service can’t handle a basic pickup process and doesn’t follow through on their promises, it's better to look elsewhere. Highly unprofessional and incredibly disappointing.

Salesman Visit

Today ... Thomas Wells dropped in asking for us to use you as a shipper. After politely telling him that we do very little 'outbound shipping ' I Introduced him to my partner & wife who has 30 + years of experience in the freight business, I went about handling our customers. Well he then writes a NEGATIVE review on Google about his time in our shop...all of 5-8 minutes. Guess what 'You'll NEVER get any of or business" Period . I would rather strap a 300 pound box of steel to my back and walk to California than call you .

Had to call place I purchased from to…

Had to call place I purchased from to get them to call and schedule drop off. Has been sitting here since the 20th suppose to deliver today says is on truck for delivery between 1-5 no show. called customer service guy put me on hold tracked driver said 20 minutes guess what still no show so guy on phone lied as we’ll definitely crappy experience I’m half tempted to refuse order and deal with this another way. As far as I’m concerned the place purchased from is just as guilty.

4 days late no notification

My Shipment was supposed to be delivered on 10/17/24. I waited all day. That evening Tracking informed me of a 10/18 delivery. After waiting another day I called and was informed that it is still at the local terminal waiting to be delivered pending on the delivery clearance????? After asking about what clearance I was informed that they would call me. No calls yet. 10/22/24.I gave it 2 stars up till now tracking etc was right on till it got to the local distribution center.

Need to know

Need to know, Mothership transferred my LTL to TForce. This was the worse shipping company I have worked with in my 20+ years in shipping and transporting goods. Customer service is outsourced so they only give you information from a script, can hardly understand them since the accents are very thick. You know it's bad when their dock workers tell you their customers service people don't know what they're talking about. I would not use them ever again, my shipment was not delivered even though they told me it would. I had to rent a UHaul, hire two people to go to the dock and pick up my 3 pallets. When asked for a partial refund because of the additional cost, they said no. There is a reason they have a poor rating. Pretty much sums it up.

Shipment not picked up for 7 days after…

Shipment not picked up for 7 days after supplying Bill of Lading. First the tracking number was for someone else's shipment, called and was told I just need to wait and see if the shipment would be correct. When I explained that this was not the correct shipment and I need answers, they hung up on me. The next agent dug deeper and found our correct tracking number, now they say the shipment is sitting in a T-Force hub waiting for transit, per the offshore answering service or it could be in-route. Unfortunately we tried them this time after they charged triple the quote for a previous shipment. The company shipping the products uses them, to make things easy for them, we had them handle the shipping again.
Backstory, TForce was very good until they broke away from UPS. for the past few years we used them through UPS and we never had any problems. Since late 2023 they have transitioned away from having any UPS involvement and it really shows. NEVER AGAIN!

this is the worst freight company ever

this is the worst freight company ever, no one can tell you a thing about your shipment or what is going on. Customer service is terrible. Delivery is terrible. All around just downright terrible. You are better off renting a U-Haul and delivering the products yourself. I am shocked that this company is able to even stay in business because it seems like it is run by a bunch of toddlers.

As a former ltl employee and over 15…

As a former ltl employee and over 15 years in my current line of work dealing with about 15 other ltl carriers, is the first time that I put my foot down from the start with a carrier and I have had a good number of hickups with other carriers. This station did not pick up on time even when they said they would, and decided to lie saying that the driver was not allowed into the property, but driver never showed up and they could have said that the driver was running late or something better than lieying. Then when time to bill, they hugely ignored the bol sent to them and also provided to the driver that finally picked up, and billed incorrectly another company. Asked over and over for the invoice with no luck, Then on top when they finally billed correct party. they charged more without customary report, charged me for asking them to correct their own billing mistake, and they put residential and lift gate charges as penalty for a true commercial location pickup that has truck height dock. Do not use this station.. I have worked with other TF stations and those others have mega rocked. Seen other opinions now and my own, this station should be restructured because they lie, they do not care from the start and abuse the customers with errors. As of today almost 3 months of follow-up, still asking them to fix their mistakes. They are soooo bad that they earned my first review here.

Scheduled a delivery on three separate…

I scheduled a delivery on three separate occasions, but the company failed to deliver or even contact me. Each time I made a phone call to TForce, the same excuse and script was utilized. I just now scheduled another delivery for tomorrow. We will see if they deliver as they say they will. Just for a time reference, the initial delivery was supposed to occur on 09/18/2024; it is now 10/01/2024.

Not a good company

Not a good company. No follow up from front office. Worst company to deal with. No accountability. Cant read instructions. Driver did a great job but no one else in the company seems competent.
