Tim is one of those rare car dealers that you can trust to provide optimal customer service before, during and after purchase. I have purchased two cars from him recently and he has provided excellent support throughout each process. It starts with having the right car - he makes a point to buy only the highest quality stock, and he then provides the right level of input to ensure that you are completely confident in making the decision to buy. I bought a Bentley Continental Speed convertible, five years old with less than 9000 miles from Tim, who I didn’t know. It’s a brilliant car in fabulous condition, extravagant spec and just what I hoped for. Not a bargain but I think the price was fair enough.
I’ve been looking for a car like this for over 12 months and normally only look at Bentley main dealerships so I was slightly nervous about handing over the money on the promise of Tim bringing the car over in a couple of days. Needn’t have been, not the slightest problem and in fact he brought it over a day earlier than he promised. Condition exactly as described, half a tank of petrol and a very good handover as though we had all the time in the world.
Very happy to give 5 stars, there’s nothing more he could have done, everything perfect thanks. And I’m keeping the car for ever!
