What can I say, other than a "First Class" experience - from beginning to end, a highly professional level of service, with great attention to the detail and making sure everything was just right - it was an absolute pleasure buying from Tim and at every step of the way, I had complete confidence in the process. Its quite rare in this day and age to receive exceptional customer service but that is exactly what I got from Tim at T.F. Prestige Cars. From my initial phone call to collecting my car Tim went out of his way to keep me up to date with everything, he did everything he said he would do and more, nothing was too much trouble and he made the whole process of buying the car a real V.I.P experience.

Everything about T.F.Prestige is the highest quality, my car was absolutely immaculate on collection and Tim spent more than an hour showing me every button and making sure I understood everything within the car. The car was exactly as Tim had described on the phone with no hidden surprises.

I have purchased a lot of cars over the years and i can honestly say that this was the best buying experience I have received including cars that were double the price of this one, Tim is an absolute gentlemen and a real pleasure to buy a car from, I will certainly be recommending Tim and T.F Prestige to all my friends and will be coming back in the future.

On the day of purchase he had paid attention to the small details that are now so often missed by sales executives at large companies. Found Tim to be very professional and knowledgeable. We purchased a Mercedes AMG with out viewing, based upon Tim’s description. It was exactly as advertised and explained. Tim is very easy to deal with, with no hard sale. The Champagne was a lovely touch. His premises and vehicles were very impressive. We hope to do business again.

I’ve bought more than my fair share of prestige cars over the years, and have had had mostly good experiences, in the main because if I don’t trust the guy selling the car then I just walk away, regardless of how good the car appears on the surface. TF Prestige exemplified what I look for in a dealer. When I first spoke to Tim on the phone, the car I was interested in - a 1996 Porsche 993 C4 - had not been photographed or prepped, I was responding to a ‘coming soon’ ad. Tim was extremely friendly and open, and although the car was rare, the asking price competitive (to the point it might well result in a stampede), after talking at length with him he agreed to hold the car until I could get to him the following day without a deposit. He also emailed me all the history, paperwork and details of the car, along with his specialist garage’s inspection sheet of work that was going to be done prior to sale. I immediately felt I was dealing with someone who was very transparent in their attitude towards a prospective customer. There were minor items to be attended to on the car, nothing major, however, on an air-cooled Porsche minor items can add up to major bills; Tim didn’t shirk any of that responsibility on the phone. On meeting Tim the following day I was impressed with the car, his very smart and organised setup, and most importantly him as a person. You can often judge a dealer’s attitude towards his stock and his customers by a simple look at the fuel gauge of a prepped car, too many try to scrimp on a few pounds worth of petrol, and if they’re going to do that God only knows how they will respond to the more serious expenses. I was quietly impressed on our test drive when Tim pulled into a petrol station and put almost a full tank of fuel in. The car did need many of the minor items on the inspection list attending to, others were so minor as to not be an issue, especially on a 35 year old car, but again Tim went through it all with me very openly, and more importantly with a willingness to prepare and sell me a car that he would be happy to purchase and own himself. He was genuinely interested in the vehicle as a car rather than a profit-maker, and actually pointed out small items of note that needed attending that I hadn’t even noticed. The test drive was excellent, I could tell it was a car that had been cared for over the years, and by now trusted Tim to deliver, so I paid a deposit and left Tim to do his job in prepping the car. Throughout the 14 days it took to progress the car to the point of sale Tim kept in contact, and most impressively added one or two more jobs to the list of work, items we’d not identified on the test drive, this included two new front shocks and a full geometry set-up and balance. These items don’t come cheap on an air-cooled Porsche, yet he attended to them of his own volition and without complaint. The end result when I came to pick up the car was a beautifully presented and wonderfully driving Porsche 993. I am extremely grateful to Tim for his honesty, diligence and integrity in helping me to find an air-cooled Porsche of quality. I trust the car has been prepped with a deep attention to detail, and also that Tim will stand by the car throughout its warranty period should anything fail. There aren’t many people in the country I’d buy a car like this from, you could count them on the fingers of one hand. Tim at TF Prestige has forced me to employ another hand; I think I’ll give him my thumb pointed very positively skyward. Thank you.

Once I’d booked my appointment (same day) to check out the car I was interested in, I got 100% VIP service from Tim. - I had his full attention throughout my two hour visit, full in-depth discussion about the cars history, mileage, any previous owners, service history etc.

I was presented with all the docs and info you would need and quite honestly nothing seemed too much trouble.

In between committing to the vehicle and collection, Tim communicated regularly and made me feel quite special in my purchase.

Following collection, Tim checked in - again, great service and also took the time out post sale, to arrange a numberplate change, to my own. A great extra after sales area that I doubt other dealers would do - I’d already paid and gone long before this!

The range of vehicles Tim has are something special, matched by what I feel is VIP Service, yeah I guess you’d expect that finer detail when buying these kind of cars, but not everywhere offers it.

I would recommend Tim and TF Prestige in a heart beat - and I’m sure…I’ll be back when I’m ready to change!

Great experience from enquiry through to collection. Quick responses from Tim and he is clearly very experienced in dealing with prestige cars as he knew everything and more that i needed to know. Left feeling well informed and confident with my new purchase. No expense spared with any maintenance on vehicles for sale, my car had new brakes and disks fitted even though they were borderline acceptable and most dealerships wouldnt have bothered.
