Not a 4 stars experience

We stayed at the TH Resort Sestriere apartments in august 2026.
Positive: 3-rooms apartments very big with 2 bathrooms, cleaned but poor equipment. Closed to slopes and the town center.
Negative: wifi only at the reception, not always parking included, payable services like swimming pool...
Personal bad experience at the check-in: we checked in at 15.30 but we can't get oursevels comfortable till after dinner... firstly because they gave us a wrong apartment (a 2-rooms instead of a 3-rooms one)... then because the new apartment was set for the wrong number of people (just 2 instead of 4)... Not a 4 stars experience honestly. No apologies or anything else as partial refund...
