I love the hair, the price, and the color. I also love knowing if the color wasn’t quite right I could exchange for different.
I did not like that there is no direction on where it fits and how to put it in. I also don’t like not knowing how to tighten it to fit right. With a little directions it could easily be 5 stars.

I think it's too wide and I don't know how I'm going to mold it to fit me

I love it the hair. Color is right on point.

The color was a perfect match for my mom's hair. Also the order arrived sooner than I expected.

I had gotten the wrong color extensions because I chose them myself not knowing the did color matching. I wrote the company and let them know and they not only color matched me but they also send me the new one free of charge and let me keep the ones that didn’t match.

I had to return a defect on my hair piece and sent them pics. A quick response from the staff of Thathair replied and noticed my concern and did not hesitate to send me a replacement! They even gave me an option to pick another color which I went all in because the option I chose was an exact color match! Thank You so much!

The hair extensions matches my hair and is easy to use. Helps tremendously when in a hurry.

They tried mine once and were hooked!!

Customer service is excellent and very prompt in responding. I selected the wrong color initially and was nervous about exchanging but my experience was so easy. I can’t recommend this product and company highly enough!

Terrible company followed all return instructions and will not respond scam company buyer beware.
They only respond trying to get me to buy another set the color was not even remotely close to my color. Terrible company

You’ve been so understanding of the need for exchanging because of the color — the new ones are perfect!

I had an opened damaged package and they sent me a new set out promptly! I love the halos and have worn them already.

Very quick Shipping to Canada, product as advertised and good quality.

They won’t honor the money back guarantee if you opened the package..even just to look at the color. The worst part is their packaging is cloudy, so you literally can’t see the color unless you open the package and dare I say remove the halo. What a waste of money.

Hair quality was very bad and in order to process a return basically you have to not have worn the hair

Be careful with this company! They promise one thing and don't deliver, and when it's time to return, they don't give your full money back and cause a lot trouble when you request a refund.

I’m still trying to get the hang of it but they are beautiful halo extensions
