The hair is beautiful-very luxurious and pretty- I unfortunately think I picked out the wrong color-I picked up the champagne and I maybe should’ve picked out the next one that was more yellow blonde— I’m not sure but this one looks a little dark or almost a little Gray compared to my own hair- my bad

Thrilled with the quality of the hair, the price as well as the customer service. The color I originally ordered was not quite right, so customer service helped me select the correct color.

Very bad experience overall I would recommend never to waste money on the product, they have a painful return and would never get you your refund for your unused product and it's a maze of questions to trick you.

Jus Got My That Hair halo 😇 & WOW 🤩 I am so impressed! I have owned six different beauty salons, and have had all kinds of hair extensions, this hair is amazing. The color match was absolutely perfect right off the bat, I literally had it on in five minutes and received tons of compliments people saying oh my gosh your hair looks so beautiful. You got your extensions back!I would highly recommend! Love my hair.

Horrible customer service! I wanted to return the product (because I could tell by looking at it thru plastic that they are synthetic/not real hair) and they accused me of opening it even after I sent them clear images showing it was sealed/unopened. Still haggling with them but this has been highly unprofessional. Feels like a scam to me. Order from Amazon at least they will refund your money and offer REAL hair options. Update: They never did refund me. What a waste of money.

I am having difficulty getting the hair piece to feel secure on my head

It looks so natural and matches my red hair perfectly. Not easy to comb, but it stay on perfectly. I have in both the 12” and 14”.

They went over and beyond! I have a unique hair color profile for a blond, so they are going to be working on a color match down the road since they don't have one to match my color. My hair is a natural blond, but it has silver streaks through it. I am excited for the new color to come out and am looking forward to your new additions to your hair pieces.

I ordered the wrong extension color and was going to send it back to them. I emailed them and got an email back immediately that said to keep the hair extension gift it to someone and they would send me another color. I did gift it to someone that could use that color.
Their customer service was beyond amazing. I did get my new one pretty fast, but haven't had a chance to try it on yet! I highly recommend them!!!

I purchased a set of these halo extensions. When I tried them on for the first time, one of the fasteners came loose—it would have been very simple to sew it back myself, but they sent me a new set without a moment's hesitation.

After I chose my replacement color, I changed my mind because I decided to color my hair. They sent me another set in the new color free of charge.

This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! And the extensions are beautiful and fun to wear!

Very good communication. Fast response when I messaged with questions. Product feel, look and colour were perfect. Very Pleased with purchase. Shipping took a while. Expect a 2-3 week turnaround.

Delivery was prompt, but most importantly the hair piece is absolutely so easy to use, a generous amount of hair,.color was on point & texture of hair is gorgeous. Very happy. Better to get it long & then cut/adjust if u wish to do so. Easy 2 style & curl w/iron.

I received my order quickly. The hair feels very soft and just the right thickness. The wavy tangles very easy. Maybe because it’s to long and I should have went shorter.
