My halo came fast. I ordered 3 different sets because I wasn't sure which would match the best. The first one I tried on was a perfect match. I did it quickly, so I haven't had a chance to properly style it, but I'm incredibly happy so far!

Amazing customer service 👏👏 I bought extensions and thought I was being careful so I was able to return but not me. They were wonderful and understood and went above what I expected. The response time was quick and helpful with options. Thank you for your help

Sorry to say that the Halo I ordered was not great. I took it out of the bag and it was folded in thirds. This left creases between the clips and no matter what I do, I can’t get rid of them. The creases poke out of my hair. I will never order agsin

First off was listed that it would ship within 3 to 5 days after placing an order. It took 20 days to receive that do not list it but it comes from china. The hair does not feel real and it's so heavy and big so you need to have a really big head or it buckles. They sell buy 1 get 1 free. One the color was was almost perfect. The second one was a different color. You really couldn't tell until you took it out of the netting and once you take it out it can not be returned. They do have a 30 day money back returns but the catch you pay for shipping it back and a 5% restocking fee. If you want to try it on basically you void the return because for safety reasons you take it out of the netting bag which tears very easy you can not return. I also have a curling iron that cools as it curls and I tried to style as they advertise on a very low heat and it started to melt and did not curl at all. So it is not worth the money.

I'm so disappointed with your company for not allowing me to return my item due to unsatisfactory reasons. But you advertise 30day return policy for unsatisfied items so with that said this is all false advertising. This item that I bought has not been used and I was trying to return it before 30days but your company declined it...I will never ever buy anything or recommend your company ever in my life..

I was able to quickly add the hair to my own and no one noticed it. I kept getting asked if I did something new with my hair because it looked so wonderful.

I never expected such a perfect color match, I never thought the hair would feel that soft or look that good and I certainly never expected it would be so easy to attach and stay on all evening. I got so many complements.

If I could give zero stars I would. They advertise easy returns & exchanges, that’s a lie. I received my product weeks after ordering, the day I received it I reached out to do color matching issues. I submitted all the required information, I keep getting the run around. It’s been almost a month now since I put my support ticket in for either an exchange or refund, nothing. They have gone silent. I reached out again on March 13th asking for an update on the issue, no response yet. 0/10 recommend this product, their customer service is very poor.

Absolutely in love with these & sooo thrilled about the color! It’s a perfect match to my bleach blonde hair👏 I also love the options of straight or wavy hair choices! People are shocked that I’m wearing extensions because they look so natural & completely blend into my long hair🙌

These were actually way nicer than what I anticipated. The color is a neat perfect match and it looks very real.

The color and feel were exceptional other than the ends not having as much blonde as shown in the picture.
Im not quite sure how to make it blend with my own hair though. You can plainly see where my hair stops and the extension begins.
