I was leary of $1 pay now and $30/ month ... Cancel any time. They offered a pay for just this 1 report for $ 10 ... Which is well worth the expense to have this information. I'm very pleased with THEHOME.COM, and would recommend it to anyone seeking detailed information about their property.
