I thought the service was pretty good, especially with follow-up when I lost and then found -- after a hearing aid had been outdoors for 11 days -- my right ear aid. I had a problem with the App to adjust loudness, having to delete it and then install it again so that I could make an adjustment to suit me. I was advised at Coton&Hamblin, Blackheath and Woolwich by Sarah Mierau.
