Recently had a hearing test at Rodney Davis Opticians in Market Harborough. The audiologist was Georgia.
She was friendly and helpful throughout. She rang me about a week before the appointment for background information and from then I had confidence that the appointment would be helpful and relaxed.
Georgia was excellent on the day, listening to my concerns and providing clear advice, empathy and support. She was very easy to talk to and friendly.
The test itself was straightforward and everything was done with great care and professionalism.

After seeing a consultant regarding my hearing loss, I was recommended to the NHS for my next step. After several months, I couldn’t wait any longer (understandably significant delays due to covid) so I decided to look at going privately, I met Georgia Woodcock in the Market Harborough branch, I asked her to explain the private process and what to expect cost wise. She was amazing, so helpful, and filled me with confidence, so I decided to proceed privately. Today I had my hearing assessment with Georgia, who explained everything clearly, made me feel very comfortable and took me through the testing process. She found my hearing issue had resolved itself and was as happy as I was with my test results. I cannot recommend Georgia Woodcock at The Hearing Care Partnership based at Davis Optometrists in Market Harborough highly enough.

The initial tests surpassed anything i have experienced with the NHS which gave me confidence in getting a tailored solution. The ongoing persistence to find that solution has been impressive both professional and friendly.

Iram rang me the day before my appointment for a preliminary chat, and reassured me about the extra hygiene steps that would be taken due to the pandemic. At the appointment I found her to be very professional and also clear in all she told me. She explained everything that she was about to do, and also showed me diagrams on her computer screen which were very helpful. Apart from the hearing tests, I had a clear explanation about my vertigo, how it can be caused, and good advice about a possible cure. The appointment wasn't rushed; there was time to build a relationship and I was encourage to have a few words about personal life and working life. The focus was on the client at all times, and there was great attention to detail. Certainly it was a rewarding experience.
