Antonio conducted a very comprehensive hearing test professionally and sympathetically. He fully explored my hearing loss experience and explained what may be happening very clearly. He also explained all about the tests as they were carried out and shared the results explaining in understandable terms about my hearing loss and what could be done. He then demonstrated with hearing aids what improvements could be possible and why it was important to take action to improve my hearing. I learnt a lot a misconceptions were answered all very clearly. The options open to me were explained without any pressure to proceed. Very grateful for an excellent consultation.

James went above and beyond to help me with the problem i had with my ears. He also did a follow up and i can honestly say i feel like everything is so loud again. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

I had an excellent hearing test with Antonio Falcao, based at Wilkinson Eyewear Studio in Sevenoaks. He explained everything very clearly to me and the tests themselves were thorough, painless, and interesting. They gave me answers as to why I was missing words when listening to people speak. I'll be recommending Antonio to my friends, and I'll definitely be returning to see him as regularly as advised.
