Art air alpine boots seem very well…
Art air alpine boots seem very well made..but unless a cobbler takes them apart for inspection you wont know for sure..but the signs point toward a quality product..could be a little wider fitting but wearing in will suffice.

The boots arrived slightly broken at the heel which as they were a Christmas present was very disappointing
However when I contacted the company they dealt with the issue very quickly and courteously and issued a refund quickly so that I could reorder.
Mistakes inevitably occur and it’s important to me to deal with companies that own the issue and deal with it in a good way

Amazing company
Amazing company, their website was sold out for the boots I wanted. After reaching out through their socials, they went out of their way to find my size in one of their shops in Spain and shipped them to me in Paris ! The boots are amazing, beautiful and great quality and the customer service is really to be recognised.
So thanks again to whoever is admin of their insta and found myself the shoes

The delivery was a disaster but great boots
The delivery was a disaster, I payed for a home delivery for nov 15 th and ups deposited the parcel nov 13th 2 days before the scheduled home delivery at NST phone a pick up place without sending me any message. I found out of the changed plans only when my package wasn’t delivered . Moreover the schedule of the open hours of NST phone doesn’t match the reality therefore I had to come back, to pick up my parcel! Beside that I love my boots they are perfect !
