Delay in credit refund at the end of contract, but after a quick call, Manny and the team sorting this for me straight away. Appreciate good customer service

About Bunch
Written by the company
Using innovative technology we are able to simplify people’s everyday lives by bunching ordinary, household bills into one platform and one monthly predictable bill.
We have created a selection of personalised packages to suit our differing customer needs. Meaning we’re able to help all our customers from students, to renters to homeowners.
Through our easy-to-use platform, customers are able to pick and choose what products they want to bunch into their package with options such as energy, super-fast broadband, water, contents insurance and lots more.
If our customers want to split their bills with other bill-payers they are able to do so (whether that be housemates or a partner). This allows our customers to have individual, personal liability and stops them being affected if others in the household have issues making payments. This helps to protect our customers and ultimately remove another layer of bill stress.
It’s important to us that our customers spend less time dealing with the hassle of bills and more time doing what they love. So at Bunch, we do all we can to make managing household finances easy.

Pathetic team
Pathetic team , they scam you don’t fall for this . They keep bringing up ways to ask you to pay for money more than a year I have left this flat and keep collecting money . Said that I needed to make 3 payments and set up a direct debit of 12 months . Terrible
Absolutely Horrific Company & Total Scam !!! Stay Away from Bunch
If I could give zero stars I would but I can't. Bunch has continued to take money from me and my flatmates, continued to increase our supposedly "fixed" rate each month, made it extremely difficult to cancel our contract, and employ people who have no clue what they're doing and are no help. Bunch is a complete scam DO NOT sign a contact with Bunch or affiliate yourself with them unless you want to sign a deal with the devil.
HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE
DO NOT sign up with Bunch under any circumstance. We were talked into signing up given the illusion that our contract would be a fixed rate throughout the year. They then proceeded to increase our monthly payments every 2-3 months or so, under suspicious explanations telling us they would reevaluate our account while our payments increased from 100 to 240GBP per month which is absolutely appalling. The customer service is shocking, with calls taking up to an hour to get a response and when they do we are met with incompetent employees who do not even know how their own service operates. Their whole system feels sketchy and exploitative and they will try and overcharge you for questionable extra fees and services. More than that, cancelling was a nightmare and took about 5 calls for them to proceed with the cancellation - do not recommend.
Its a one star because i cant go lower
Its a one star because i cant go lower, they have indefinite hold lines where you can sit there for an hour with no indication of a wait time, employee's that just want you off the phone quicker.
Oh and according to south east water they arent actually paying our water bill, so theres another fun thing that i'll have to solve whilst bunch still refuse to answer calls.
Can someone from Bunch contact me
Can someone from Bunch contact me? I’ve recently joined and have heard from no one. I don’t understand what’s going on with this company. And I’m already being charged for services that aren’t yet live.
AWFUL SERVICE. OVER PRICED. HARASSMENT
It's a con - they over charge, they don't answer phones and their way of dealing with issues is to ignore you. To get out of the contract you have to pay £100-£300 per bill they look after. I had electricity, Gas (a standing order which seemingly changed each month for them) and Water.
I was expected to pay around £300 cancellation fee despite the fact they were charging a one bed flat that had no gas over £400 a month. A single living person, who spent most of their time at work, £400 a month!
Disgusting service, vile tariffs and even after you leave them they still hound you for money and payment plans.
It has got so bad that I am having to let my bank know that any payments they try and take is fraud at this point.
DO NOT USE THEM. DO NOT CONTACT THEM AS THEY WILL NOT LEAVE YOU ALONE. IT IS MORE EXPENSIVE THIS WAY.

I really regret having signed up with Bunch. I didnt realise how much more they charge for services and everytime you try to get in touch with them it take over a week to get a reply (when you do!).
I've been trying to cancel the services with them but even that seems impossible. Very frustranting and terrible customer service.
I would rate zero stars if possible
I would rate zero stars if possible. This was sold to me as a way to make managing bills easier. It has been SIGNIFICANTLY worse and far more expensive than managing my bills myself. They have used the most expensive supplier and made it almost impossible to get out of. I have been trying to leave Bunch for over 6 months even though I am out of contract. The customer service is appalling. I receive multiple contradictory emails all the time and it takes weeks for any request to be actioned. The phone advisers tell me something different every time I call, after keeping you on hold for many hours. Everyone I speak with now tells me of a similar experience with Bunch. Never again. AVOID. A total scam, and they will cause you a financial nightmare.

Keep it up Judah!
Excellent service from Yves
Excellent service from Yves. Thankyou for sorting out our issue quickly and efficiently! Much appreciated
Avoid!
I was with the Bunch 1 year, to cut a painful sorry short, at the end of the term we where £850 on credit, when the funds where requested as a refund they stated that we have a £910 bill to pay for water that they have not paid.
They then request the outstanding £40 this was paid, this has been paid 3 times now to the point they have refunded me it once. So I have still paid double what I should have.
I have now got another email stating that I owe money. I spoke to them on the phone again, all they have done is remove my bank details it still shows that I owe money. When requested to cancel the recurring bill the lad put the phone down on me.
I have put an official complaint in an email and no answer. I get nowhere on the phone and I see other views stating they are in the same boat and now have been given a court order to pay.
How can I get them to leave me alone?
The worst company I’ve ever delt with, Avoid at all costs!!
Do not use the Bunch!
I urge everyone considering using the Bunch to go with another utilities provider. Despite making the correct payments each month, I continually receive correspondence from Thames Water saying that I owe them money. The Bunch is a scam, save your money.
Don't use bunch
We where with bunch it was ok then the monthly bills where up n down with the amounts then we decided to cancel with them paid the finally amount even with the final letter with the final amount... n now they still trying to money out mine n the wife's account after we paided them .... even getting letters of court action I mine wtf.....
Daniel Pye Review
Daniel Pye was very informative, friendly and polite. He gave detailed information and answered my questions meticulously.
Awful experience
I had a terrible experience with this ''company''! I had a fixed 1-year contract with them and didn't notice the tariff amounts at first. After checking my account, I noticed that they keep increasing the fixed monthly amount for no reason. They charged me twice the normal usage, and when I asked to cancel the contract after 6 months, they gave me a chunky bill as a debt. It was insane because they charged £1.6 per day only for the standing charge! Technically, they charged me for the whole year instead of 6 months of usage.
I had another problem with water bills with them, which turned into a nightmare and a rabbit hole!
In terms of customer service, it wasn't smooth or easy. Each time, I had to explain my problem repeatedly, and it didn't get resolved. I had to cancel my service with them to avoid being taken advantage of!
Please read the negative reviews and do not trust this company.
They promise you to deal with something…
They promise you to deal with something and then don't do it. I keep receiving notifications from energy companies that bills have not been paid despite paying the Bunch to settle them. As a consequence, I have spent hours on the phone chasing them to do what I have paid them for. The Bunch is not a decent company and doesn't adhere to good business standards.

I called to manage the closure of my account and Judah was really friendly, helpful and efficient, clearly explaining next steps and reassuring me about billing. Thanks Judah!
Wouldn’t touch them with a ten-foot pole.
Wouldn’t touch them with a ten-foot pole. I registered with them for water and a TV licence. It took them three months just to pay my water bills. Now I’ve found out they stopped the payments out of nowhere, with no explanation, and they also have a habit of simply stopping replying to emails. They claim to save you 40+ hours, but in my experience they’ve actually cost me a day or two just trying to figure out what’s going on and sort out the problems they’ve created. Save yourself the hassle and go directly to the suppliers. These guys have been absolutely no use to me.
