I worked for two months with The Consultant Co as a counsellor trainee. It was one of the best, highly organized, as if they had been working with trainees for years and not the first time for them, despite our very large number. Everyone, including the mentors and consultants, were very humble.
I refined my communication, teamwork, and research skills.
Training with The Consultant Co will add a lot to you, so I strongly advise that if you have the opportunity to train with them, do not waste it and do your best.

In the beginning I was a recent graduate, I do not know how to start my work and what is the appropriate job. What is the meaning of business skills? After working with the consulting company, I realized the meaning of work, commitment, cooperation and many others. Literally, my confidence in myself increased and I gained experience. We know that two months are not enough, but it was very useful. thank you

My whole experience with The Consulting Co. was great! I got to know the consulting sector in-depth and worked on a real life case with a real client which helped me professionally and personally to improve my skills including analysis, teamwork and time management.

It was a wonderful experience starting from the induction week , great selected topics , organized meetings , helpful staff.

Great experience, learned many things and met wonderful people, everyone from the company was very friendly and there whenever we needed them.

My journey was for 8 weeks It was informative and useful experience. During the internship I learned a lot of skills such as data analysis and ,make data-driven decisions.

This program was absolutely amazing! It was rich in information not only about consulting, but about career life in general as it highlights the importance of soft skills. I enjoyed everything about it, from the induction week that was filled with fruitful workshops to our weekly meetings about our project.

Throughout my training with the Consulting Co. I gained several beneficial skills in different aspects. Working in a real project next to a consultant and client was such a helpful experience since I am still a fresh graduate and I don't have enough knowledge about the way of labor market business. Working with a team, management skill, expand trainees vision about how real project works and so many other aspects are example of what trainees achieved. Most critical point is that the Consulting Co. team were so friendly to us as trainees, which will reflect in return to the productivity level during the 8-weeks, huge thanks to them and Misk foundation as well that offered to me great opportunity like this.
