Having been let down by another manufacturer by another distributor, the door store provided a helpful and informative service, although I paid a little more it was well worth it for the service they provided, the goods were delivered within the time specified and they kept me up to date with progress along the way.

Excellent service including price-match to competitor. Handles delivered within 48 hours, JB kind oak doors delivered as arranged within a week - came direct from manufacturer not 3rd party.

I ordered incorrectly. In the end, I changed my mind on the order because of the additional price (although it was in line with other providers), but the staff went the extra mile to explain what I had ordered incorrectly (missing items) and did not send me an incorrect/partial order, realizing that I must have made a mistake. The operatives knew their products and were more interested in a successful outcome, rather than concluding a sale. Well done.

Have sent 4 emails regarding specification of a replacement door I had hope to purchase and no response almost a week later. Hardly the way to attract business. Could easily have look elsewhere if I knew it would take this long to get a response to a simple question.

In these days of automated delivery messages etc it was so refreshing to have a quick call from Paul to see what option worked best. Then as a follow up very happy to contact the manufacturer on where best to site a letter box and proactive advice on the best finish to use. Great service !

Having spent some considerable time looking for replacement internal doors we consulted Paul at Door Store and were advised knowledgeably and helpfully in the right direction. We needed 12 solid core doors to be sourced, supplied and fitted. Unfortunately no UK manufacturer could meet our specification so Door Store recommended sourced and imported a high quality product and provided first class door furniture to suit. The product was delivered on time, fitted as planned and on budget. The carpenter Lloyd made a superb job of the installation ensuring a top quality finish.
i would happily recommend Door Store to anyone.

i went into the shop about 5 weeks ago and was told that i would be called back with a quote within a day or so. 5 weeks later i still have not received anything from this family run company who pride themselves on customer service.

We needed 17 new internal doors so visited The Door Store in Leamington Spa. Our enquiry was handled in a friendly manner by the sales team (Paul). He inspired confidence from the outset by the way he answered questions and guided us through the decision process re doors and associated furniture. No sales pressure, just information as we threw question after question at him ! Before we committed to purchase he obtained samples for our inspection. The retained fitter (Lloyd) fitted the same description - friendly and very experienced. Overall, the potentially stressful project was made easy. Highly recommended !

Replacing doors can be daunting due to the wide range of styles etc. We received extremely helpful advice during the numerous visits we made to the showroom. The doors were fitted on time and to a very high standard by an experienced fitter.

The whole process from start to finish was firstclass. We are very happy with our replacement doors and would recommend the Door Store.

Have to say that being of the old school I found it strange that there was no contract to sign. Paul said that he believed in trust. We put our trust in him and have had no problems. We have had our kitchen revamped. I can find no faults with the goods and work done. The pelmets when delivered did not exactly match the doors and these have been reordered and will be fitted as soon as they arrive. I, at this stage, would have no qualms about recommending Paul, Lloyd & Ben who at all times were a pleasant and helpful crew to deal with. Am thinking of changing external doors at a future date and The Door Store will be the first port of call.

After several years of prevarication about having all our inner doors and front door replaced because of the worry about quality and workmanship that such a big task would involve, not to mention the cost, (and bad experiences in the past) we finally did it!

Paul and his team were amazing. First class service and advice. Excellent workmanship in fitting. Nothing too much trouble. Honest advice. Straight talking about what was best for us.

We can recommend them without reservation. I just love my doors. Thank you very much.

I ordered a set of 4 veneered doors of mixed types (one glazed, one fire door, mixed sizes, etc) for the ground floor of my house and the Door-store were able to supply them at an excellent price within a week of placing the order. I have not yet unpacked and hung the doors (this awaits the return from holiday of my usual chippy), but the doors appear to be undamaged and in pristine condition. They were delivered (for free) well packed on their own pallet and I will certainly use the Door-store again when I replace the doors on the upper floor of my home.

It is rare these days to find this level of customer service.
Paul and the team offer a quality product at a competitive price. Everyone who visits our home admires our new internal doors which were fitted with the minimum of fuss by Lloyd.

I brought 6 doors based on a search for doors. Website showed price and stock availability. Company realise they had advertise doors at wrong price so return my money and try to fob me of with an excuse of doors no longer in stock. Yet you can buy the same door (same reference number) at more expensive price. No apologies or attempted to appease consumer rights.

The buying process was easy on line, the one worry I had was that I had to place an order without prior knowledge of the delivery time. I was not in too much of a hurry and had about 10 days before I needed them, guessed this would be enough time to get them to me.
It would be helpful perhaps if a promise of a refund could be made if delivery could not be made within 5 working days.
As it happened delivery was very prompt with good communication from the company and courier.
