Ordered a sliding folding door to replace patio doors, Excellent service and communication from both Paul and Lloyd (fitter). The high quality doors were fitted in a very short time, with no mess and at a great price. Would definitely recommend and use again

I ordered the doors online, the system telling me I would receive them in 5 to 7 days. The next morning a nice young lady rang to say that they were out of stock, and would be two weeks; was that OK? I said yes. Two days later, they were delivered. They are still in the garage, unexamined.

Excellent and courteous service by both the shop (Paul) and the fitter (Lloyd). We were quoted a range of options and nothing was too much trouble. Quotes were adjusted and credits for unused items issued quickly. The doors were fitted without fuss or drama and we are more than happy with the end result. Having had a lot of work done on the house over the past year, the Door Store would be the best company we have dealt with for our domestic work. Thanks!

In the process of building an extension and renovation of my house I went to The Door Store for 18 doors and ironmongery.
Paul at The Door Store could not have been more helpful. We had one issue where the handles delivered did not match the sample board and had been partially fitted by my carpenter (Manufacturers fault NOT The Door Store). These were all changed FOC to a higher spec including the handles that had been fitted with packaging destroyed.
Delivery was on time with very polite service throughout the process. Brilliant customer service and I experienced many suppliers during the build.

Placed an order on line. And received a phone call to confirm my order as I had ordered a number of door handles, but some didnt match. I had made an error and forgot some of the order. They were so very very helpful.
I also changed the delivery date at short notice. They were more than happy to do so, and absorbed insurance costs for the shipping company to keep the goods over night.
They were so very friendly and helpful.

Would have paid extra for pre-treated wood.

Doors where Dispatched very fast after paying. One door arrived damaged through no fault of the Door-store and was replaced immediately. Would recommend and use again,best prices on the internet including free delivery.

After placing my order I was emailed to say I would be contacted by the delivery company. A week later I have still not been contacted and have no idea about the status of my order or when it will be delivered.

My emails and phone calls regarding this issue have not been answered.

I have requested that my order be cancelled but I haven't even had an acceptable response to this yet.

Very unhappy customer

Be careful with this company because you can order an item, pay for it, receive an email confirming dispatch, then receive a very unsympathetic email confirming that they are out of stock and a refund will be given. No mention asking if I would wait until stock is replenished or even perhaps offering an alternative! I won't be using again because I would be unsure if I would even receive the goods.

Many thanks to Paul in the Door Store, he filled me with complete confidence when discussing the tricky job we wanted doing. His professional manner and knowledge were faultless, knowing instantly what we needed. Lloyd was sent to carry out the job. Brilliant, clever, fast worker - carried out intricate work and most importantly was entirely trustworthy. Highly skilled and not phased by anything we wanted doing. I would highly recommend this company and will seek their help in any future carpentry we need doing.

I am sure the door I took so long to find and finaly purchased, but still waiting fir it to be hung, do you know anyone that can hang a door, I have the handles and hindges , I am fed up with looking at the door still wrapoed up,

We ordered five JB Kind doors and were contacted the next day to inform us that the manufacturer was out of stock of some of the doors we ordered. We were kept fully informed by Elaine of progress and due to needing some doors more urgently for our builders, she was very helpful in terms of arranging three seperate deliveries (for free) as each batch became available. Doors are very good quality and undercut our builder's suppliers by about 20%. Would recommend and will use again once we've saved enough to replace the doors upstairs!

We have just had a new replacement ( taller ) door fitted under the stairs so that we do not have to bend down so far to gain access.!!

This was fitted in a couple of hours and to a high standard by their carpenter.

This is the second time that we have used The Door Store and would have no hesitation in recommending them for any similar work.

After 2 attempts to get companies to replace our 1980's bannister and being told it wasn't possible, we went to The Door Store. Excellent service from Paul, who sent round Lloyd. He said, no problem, what would you like. We choose what we wanted arranged fitting and went on holiday. Lloyd was in and out in 2 days and worked alongside our decorator, who was also in working while we were away. On our return we were absolutely delighted with the finish. Lloyd did a fantastic job, even our decorator said he was impressed with the quality of the workmanship, and is looking at changing his bannisters now. We would fully recommend The Door Store. Thank you Paul and Lloyd.

We recently had a hardwood external door fitted by the door store. They were quick and efficient from quoting to fitting. The fit was great, the door looks brilliant and fits really well, there was no mess left in the house by the fitter. A joy to work with - would recommend them 100%

We went into this The Door Store by chance to buy a kitchen tap and ended up ordering a full fitted kitchen from top to toe. Before we went in there, we had a quotation from a " major partnership " for our kitchen. Had a discussion with Paul about our project, he sent his members for a preliminary survey . The level of professionalism and the quality of the products far exceeds all major rivals, so we decided to hand them our project. It started and finished on time as promised. Never ever thought in the middle of Leamington Spa town, exists such a honourable small company. Many thanks to Ian and Lloyd too.

I ordered several internal doors from this website and they were delivered quickly and without any damage.
Prices were very competitive and overall a great company to purchase from.
