Ordered the personalised butter dish on Friday,paid the bit extra to get here sooner then worried it would not be here in time for our holiday.emailed Philip who made sure it was here yesterday (tuesday) literally as we were about to leave in our motorhome which is what I wanted it for. Couldn't of asked for better service, dish is superb and I will be looking on the website again I'm certain.

Really excellent service. I’d left it too late, and ordered late in the day for an anniversary. Philip produced and shipped my order the following day, withstanding his newborn baby!!! This arrived in very good time. Really good quality and the perfect gift for a retiring colleague. However to my dismay but due to an error on my part there was a mistake on the wording of the plaque! I emailed Abbey to say it was a lovely item and explained what I had done! She was brilliant and answered my message straight away even though it was Saturday evening ! She offered to send me a new plaque to fix my dilemma and confirmed early Monday morning that it was posted and on it's way. Excellent customer service and after sales, I cannot fault this seller a genuinely lovely experience from start to finish. I honestly can’t recommend The Laser Boutique highly enough.

I recently ordered a custom wedding ring box and, when it arrived, I initially thought there was an issue with it. After speaking with Philip, I realised the mistake was actually mine—I had unknowingly ordered the Grade B version, which is sold at a reduced price because of cosmetic imperfections. I simply hadn’t read the description properly.

Despite the misunderstanding being entirely my own, Philip couldn’t have been more understanding or professional. From start to finish, his communication was outstanding, and he genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase.

The finished ring box is absolutely stunning and exactly what we wanted for our wedding. The craftsmanship is first-class, and it’s clear a great deal of pride goes into every piece that’s made.
