I’m actually really sorry to be writing this. I love the unique products and range of goods. I have 2 recent grandchildren and I was delighted to find this company and knew I would spoil the babies rotten. I started with a modest order of 7 items, now 7 weeks ago. The delivery has been slow and piece meal. 2 items on the first, a number of items on the second occasion but in 2 bags for some reason the food pacifier and storage which is one item was split into two. I chased the delivery up ( third contact ) and then received the pacifiers but was still missing the pink Alma bowl. I have now contacted them 6 times and was informed that they were communicating with the courier. There has been no issues with the courier it is the department that is sending the orders out, I was looking forward to giving these to babies but it’s taken the shine off it.
I will not use them again which is honestly a shame as I live the products.

AVOID this company - product received was not product ordered and I sadly did not read reviews before I ordered.

Have ordered one product from Facebook advertisement on 30December 2023, it says that it was through sports direct so was confident that its not a fraud but till today nothing has arrived even after thousands of follow up. And the amount deducted on name of Jimacy.shop
Pls dont fall on such traps.

Order Ed a north face coat through Facebook in December 2023 to date nothing has arrived when checking my bank statement I have found out that the payment went toJIMACY this company has a very bad reputation but I was led to believe that I was ordering through Sports Direct surely Facebook should take these scammers to book and take more responsibility

ordered coat December 2023,thought it was mountain warehouse ,not received it but tracking stated delivered ,tried contacting company but no reply

Sadly I've been scammed. Posed as Sports Direct on Facebook. I thought I'd bought Nike Trainers on 29th December 2023 and to date nothing has been received although they have advised the item was delivered last week. To whom we have no idea but we were in and waiting for it. Now having to report via the bank . AVOID

Bought a north face jacket advertised as being from Sports Direct, on Facebook, the payment went out to JIMACY STORE, This was on the 27th December and to date nothing has arrived, also the tracking details have disappeared. Why don't Facebook police these Scams and remove them, Beware Folks

Assume I’ve also been scammed. Ordered 14 days ago after seeing the purse on IG. Now nothing. Bye-bye €21.

Scam do not be fooled !! have reported to fraud squad received a plastic ring instead of purchase

I checked the reviews after I completed the purchase and as it was too late, I was just left hoping for the best, but I can confirm that the person I bought the item from no longer receives my messages (i get an error message cannot be sent) and the email confirmation I received also bounces back / undelivered. So I have been scammed. Hope you see this before you make your purchase. If it’s too good to be true it’s because it is.

Scammer! Do not order! I ordered an outfit from tic toc early October 23, never received my order, several emails saying it’s on the way, no tracking details etc. same automated reply. It’s now late January 24. Nothing received

I haven't received my order that was put in nearly 3 weeks ago how do I go about getting my money back ??!!

Downright deceptive and misleading
My jacket arrived and it was nothing like the advertised photo nor its description. The look/ the materials used / the weight and feel of it was inferior. When I questioned them they offered a 30% refund! I said ridiculous so they offered to keep it and order another one. I chose another style of jacket and when it arrived it too was again a poor imitation of the advertised photo and description. When I then demanded my refund again they in the end only paid me 75% of what I have paid. I would avoid Layroads and any business name they associate with.

The item was bought and paid for. It didn't arrive after 25 days despite being assured it would. The tracking said it had been delivered 2 hours before the actual time for delivery. They first offed 70% refund and have now agreed a full refund in 12 days. I received a refund from my card company instead.

Bough a size XL which turned out to be XL if you’re a person of restricted growth. Total refusal to offer refund/ exchange. NEVER purchase from this shocking bunch is my advice!
