Don't trust them

Don't trust them. I placed an order, and they charged me for a monthly subscription that I NEVER authorized. In fact, they asked me when I bought the product, and I said I did NOT want to subscribe. I don't know if the product works, but it's clear they're making money this way. They don't give you the option of a full refund; you only get half your money back, or if you return the product, they charge you ten dollars. It's a scam. I will never buy from them again, even if the product works.

Do not use this service

Do not use this service. The Spa Dr hot tub service in Maryland originally out of Virginia. Walt is in poor health and can not physically do any physical work on hot tubs. After diagnosis then will send a trainee to do virtual repair. Now nothing works will make excuses. If you get upset getting no answers, he will ghost you and leave you high and dry. Gives no receipts for work. He says experienced but not with any hot tub. Not professional. It's the dead of winter holiday week and my hot tub may be ruined. Warning ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

Fraudulent charges to my Amex

I ordered a bottle of the Age Defying Lift & Tight Serum. I liked it and would have ordered another. However, they took it upon themselves to charge my American Express card for 3 more bottles without my authorization. I checked my account with them and I had not signed up for a subscription. They sent me an email notifying me that the order was on its way. AmEx sent me a fraud alert via text, email, and voice mail. They put a hold on my account until I called and verified that I had gone onto the website and cancelled the order. I had done so and thought all was well. BUT NO. Today I get an email AGAIN stating that a charge has been made on my account and an order is on its way. This company will not stop charging my account. I have to put an alert on AmEx to stop them again.

Always Use Trustpilot Before Buying

I want to thank the previous two reviewers regarding The Spa Dr face & hair products. I have had same experience ordering through ads that came to me through game apps. ALL have been TOTAL SCAMMERS! Don't buy from these ads no matter how good or tempting they seem. Always look at Trustpilot first.

Buyer beware will take your money

First off saw the ad on the Just Play game app and because I've gotten screwed so many times I made sure that there was nothing stating that you were in some kind of membership or subscription or anything okay it was just it was a decent price like $27 for a hair regrowth product money back if you're not satisfied in 30 days. After 30 days boom I get an email saying that my order have been placed I'm like what no way and not only that they they scammed $130 out of my account at that time which was the end of the month time to pay rent I had to borrow money it was a nightmare. I owe like 70 bucks just in interest for borrowing money from people trying to pay my rent. Every time I've been really screwed up in that way it's been when I see an ad off game app and then make a purchase so beware on game apps. I've been shopping online for over 25 years and anything in the past 6 months I bought on through those ads on game apps just been a nightmare. I went back to the game app three times just to make sure there was nothing in any terms or anything that stated that I would be automatically charge or place an order after a certain amount of time there was nothing.
After refusing the package with my carrier sending them the notification I got from the USPS I finally got my money back but it wasn't till after 2 weeks later they don't care and it's it's rampant online retailers if you buy it from them anymore these days they think they own you and they can just take your money whenever the hell they want to and it's happened to me more times this last year than I could ever even imagine and I'm pretty pretty tech-savvy when it comes to purchasing from retailers but it's rampant I mean even their advertising are scams they can say on the ad that 30-day no questions asked money back guarantee but then when you go to their terms and conditions it can say something completely different and the government knowing the Federal trade commission no one's doing anything about it it's totally false advertising and these days a dedicate they can put whatever they want on the ad the box even when you go to the store without anything to back it up it's just a free for all total free for all and they got the winning hand especially when it takes 8 months to get your money back. Another thing that is continuously happening is when you buy something you can't change it you can't notify them of anything that's a discrepancy because they're going to tell you it's already shipped within minutes like 2 minutes yep it automatically ships that's another way you have no recourse So when you buy something you got to read it go over and over it with a fine tooth comb the terms and conditions I've been going back to the brick and mortar stores my local stores and at least when I walk out the door I'm stress-free and know exactly what I got because it's in my hand.

Amazing service

I contacted this company out of desperation and the utter frustration that I was left in, from my woeful treatment from a hot tub supplier in Gainsborough.

Now, I wish I had contacted Gregg in the beginning.

From previously being told that “parts were needed” by the earlier company, Gregg arrived on time, had a look at the four leaks my Hot tub had developed, said, “no problem” and set about repairing it there and then!

I then watched the entire three-hour procedure, Gregg talked me through what he found and how he proposed to fix the issues, including replacing one complete jet, sealing two large ones which were simply impractical to replace for the small leaks they had.

Plus, we had a broken mounting for the filter cover within the tub. That clearly took some initiative as to resolve, as it has snapped (or been snapped previously) and was a significant leak.

We actually sat and talked over how we could repair this, and I loved the fact I was involved, and my ideas were seriously considered.

On our second attempt of filling the tub Gregg's diligence and 20 years’ experience paid off and finally my tub was back running after two months!

So almost three weeks later, all is fantastic, happy Tub, happy me, and all thanks to Gregg.

What I really appreciated was how a man with 20+ years’ experience with Hot Tubs, made such a difference as I watched him work, listened to his observations, and had complete faith in all he did.

I totally recommend this chap, and although I hope we don’t meet anytime soon, lol, he will always be my first call for future servicing.

Thanks Gregg!
