Great watch, price and service!

Got a great looking watch at great price for my partner’s birthday. Paid for the next day delivery, it arrived next day but unfortunately I missed it (my fault obviously) but it was redelivered the next day. Great Service! I’m very happy with my purchase and my partner is too. Now been shopping for a treat for myself. Definitely recommend.

I had bought the watch and paid extra…

I had bought the watch and paid extra £5.00 extra to get it delivered for the next day. I have a ring door bell also and waited the whole of the next day for delivery. The watch arrived on the the 3 rd day. When I contacted your customer service about this was told checked tracking they tried but no one was in so if I wanted to return to pay my own postage and sent me the address. This message was sent by Maria. I replied back to say I have a ring bell to prove . I got reply back to say address been sent to return with my own postage. I found her to be rude and tried to call me a lier Instead of investigating just brushed me off
