If I could give this company zero stars…

If I could give this company zero stars I would have.

Bought a watch from them that was advertised with a 2 year warranty, and under the product description was up to 5m water resistant. I’ve only ever worn the watch in the shower until one day I noticed it had stopped.

I contacted the company and they said it may have a defective battery and to take it to a local jewellers, which I did. The jeweller found water in the case and suggested I go back to the company as it clearly wasn’t a ‘battery issue’.

When I explained this to the customer care team they said they don’t cover water damage under the warranty even though they advertise a 2 year warranty and they themselves describe the watch as ‘water resistant up to 5m deep’.

The customer care agent replied telling me they would refuse to even examine the watch to see if there were other faults that may have led to the issue that stopped it working and within one email of correspondence “considered the matter closed” which I thought was rude and patronising at best.

Hopefully some people read this review and think twice before purchasing items from a store that are quite clearly happy to mislead customers with false advertising and then refer to their small print terms and conditions and FAQ.

Buyers be warned!

People be careful when you get sucked…

People be careful when you get sucked into this company’s buying terms and conditions.
I haven’t finished with my
Complains.
They are charging me £5 for delivery since I did not buy anything from them.
Also the biggest issue is that calls were charged at premium rate. I had to call about 4 times with no answer. I am left with a phone charges of £12. So in total I had to pocket out nearly £24 for buying nothing.
TOTAL RIP OFF. I didn’t have any option to give 0 or minus stars.

Dud battery

The watch arrived and looks amazing only it won’t hold a charge for very long and needs the battery replacing

Birthday gift

Birthday gift for son, purchased this for a special birthday present, well presented and packaged, lovely looking watch I'm sure my son will be over the moon with it. Quick delivery and tracked, great communication from seller.
