The claim was easy to make, the repair process was OK, was kept informed at all times.

As far as the claim handling by AA was fine. However, they company (Fast Track) asked to carry out the repair have not not completed the repairs and sent the car back. Though they have been informed about this, there has been no follow up to when or if the final repairs will be completed.

From the initial call to receiving my vehicle back it was myself who had to chase to keep the repair going not impressed

Very good response to my claim although the uninsured element (ie child seat) was not explained clearly at the time of the claim.

If you are looking for car insurance that gives many options at a very reasonable and competitive price I recommend the AA INSURANCE COMPANY. Unfortunately I had reason to make a non fault claim and with the AA this was also surprisingly easy with all the help anyone could ask for.

I wanted to leave this review as the absolutely amazing gentleman who turned up to rescue me on saturday completely restored my faith in humanity. I normally panic when anything goes wrong with my car and my clutch burnt out on a dangerous narrow main road on saturday. I am an older lady and this wonderful young man completely set my mind at rest. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was kind, patient, friendly and empathic and went above and beyond for me taking me home and then taking my car to Halfords Autocentre Bridgend. He didnt rush me and waited calmly while I tried to find a garage that was open that would be able to fix my car. I think his name was Pablo according to the AA helpline whom I called to thank today. If only all people were as pure of heart as this lovely young man then the world would be a better place. Thank you so much for being there for me
