I took part in the two day kitchen spraying course and really enjoyed it.
Jamie and Anna were really helpful and explained everything really well.
I came away feeling that I’d got good value for money and now have the confidence to set up my own kitchen and furniture spraying business.

Just completed the kitchen and furniture course at abode academy, learnt so much over the two days, feeling confident now to take on this kind of work and take my decorating business to the next level!

If you are looking for an informal but informative spraying course then this is the place to go. Packed full of priceless hints and tips throughout the two days, you immediately get plenty of time on the gun. Going back to work afterwards gave me a new confidence and enthusiasm when spraying, and using the techniques and systems Jamie taught us meant I had the best results I have ever got. Looking forward to the next course asap.

Jamie and Anna, really friendly people, Jamie answers any questions you need to know, explained everything I asked in detail which was really helpful for someone like me who’s never done any sort of spray painting before, the 2 day upvc course is worth the money any day of the week, would recommend anyone to do it if you’re thinking about spraying upvc, or any kind of spraying they’ll point you in the right direction, and give you great advice, and only a text all phone call away after, the food for lunch is really good, and there is tea or coffee whenever you want one, thanks guys!

Brilliant from start to finish!
From the moment we arrived, Jamie and Anna were welcoming and friendly. They both encourage questions and feedback. Jamie is knowledgeable, personable and he listens, watches and teaches to make sure you get the full advantage of the course. I've just completed the uPVC course after looking into it for around a year and I'm glad I did it but I should've done it sooner! Jamie and Anna have given me all the tools I needed to get into spraying. Thank you both so much! I'll be back for future courses.

I recently attended the 2 day kitchen cabinet spraying course held by Jamie. I learnt a lot and have subsequently purchased the equipment required to make a start with kitchen cabinet spraying. As there was a lot of information to digest during the course, i have needed to contact Jamie a number of times to ask advice whereby he has been happy to assist and advise.

Recently completed the two day advanced airless and hvlp course with Jamie and would have to say this is a great course.
Even if you are new to spraying and a little nervous Jamie puts you at ease.
The course is very hands on and informative and after a few hours with Jamie you can see how passionate he is about spraying.
The rooms are well laid out and does generally give you a good idea of what the reality of spraying a room would be like.
Another bonus is getting access to the online course which is an invaluable reminder of what I learnt on the day which you always have for future reference.
I also have to give a shout out to Anna who supports Jamie in the background and the pair of them make a great Abode team.
One very important aspect of the course is the ongoing support from Jamie and at some point in the very near future i will be back for one of the other great courses Abode Academy offers.

I wasn’t sure whether to book this course but glad I did. Jamie was amazing in helping me learn about spraying. There was this amazing family feeling which made me feel welcome and very relaxed which helped me with my learning. I would recommend this academy 100%.

I recently attended a two day course at Abode Academy covering Kitchen furniture spraying. I researched Jamie’s work via social media sites and have to admit became addicted to the point where I needed to get booked in asap. Jamie is totally brilliant in what he does and his teaching techniques are outstanding! I have to say I didn’t want to come home and would have loved a few more days!
I’m looking to get on the UPVC course next year.
I would highly recommend Abode Academy Courses, you will not be disappointed.

Completed a UPVC spraying course with Jamie and found the course perfect we drove 3 hours down to the academy and was well worth it! He covered everything possible on the course and more and couldn’t fault any part of the day. After we completed the course and come away with buying the full set up from Jamie the after care has been amazing he has answered the phone and text straight back if I’ve ever needed help or needed anything I need for a job I’ve sent him jobs that’s I’ve got and he’s told me exactly how to do them and just reassured me. He also holds multiple courses and after doing one with him in not going to go anywhere else! Want to thank Jamie and Anna for the course and the brilliant continued aftercare he’s provided!

I recently attended the 2 day kitchen spraying course at Abode and I have to say it was very good. From the original enquiries through Anna, who couldn’t have been more helpful, to arriving on the first morning and meeting Jamie everything is really well run and set up.
A maximum of 3 students on the course really gives you the time and space to go at your own pace and Jamie provides a fun and friendly but professional atmosphere to learn in and ask as many questions as you like.
Of course there’s a lot to take in but it gives you a great grounding to get started.
I will be 100% booking on to the UPVC course in the spring and would 100% recommend Abode if you want to get into spraying. Thanks Jamie & Anna! 👍🏻

Absolute waste of time and money! Jamie forces people to buy over priced equipment at the end os the course and then charges £14 a month for advice but fails to answer questions! Avoid avoid avoid

Abode Spraying Academy is justifiably well respected within the spraying community. I went on a 2 day airless spraying course as a beginner and was very impressed with the Abode set up - all the different scenarios needed for spraying parts of a building. Jamie owner/instructor was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful and fun. He tries to put you at your ease when attempting new complicated techniques.
I will certainly be considering a more specialist course such as kitchen /furniture spraying now I know what spraying involves and knowing I will be in good hands
Anna in admin is very helpful with queries - nothing is too much trouble.
All in all a great set up, great team and great environment to learn how to spray which can be quite daunting as a novice.

I thought that the course was great! I learnt many new techniques including how to prep correctly for spraying. The instructor explained clearly and it was a very hands on experience. I would recommend to anyone looking to advance their skills in spraying.

Great course very hands on and detailed from the offset the workshop is laid out well to give you a good taste of what the reality will be. The online course is an invaluable reminder of what I learnt on the day and also the support from Jamie going forwards
