Total scam site
Total scam site. It takes your membership payment then you are sent robot generated messages to your profile to make you think people are contacting you. The messages are totally identical in some cases allegedly from different people.
It is impossible to make contact with anyone within the site through the contact us. Scammers
I've used Aulthub for quite a few years…
I've used Aulthub for quite a few years and been able to meet several nice people. These are a lot of strange individuals on line but they are fairly easy to spot. You need to wait quite a while before somebody interesting comes along. Since I tend to leave as a VIP from time to time I wish cancelling the subscription was easier.
It is a complete scam
It is a complete scam, 99% fake, and a fraudulent profile. There are no renewal reminders and payment invoices, and you can't charge the amount cancellation option on the website. You need to submit a cancellation request. I requested cancellation within 4 hours of renewal, but there was no refund. This is not legal, and it's a total scam.
All ads are fake
All ads are fake! You may get to chat with dozens of people but they are all seeking money before meeting. Then when you ask to "CAM Verify" they either want money for that or use AI to send a fake personage! Also if you do make a plan to meetup with someone, they give you a FAKE address. When you goto this fake address no one is there. They have your money and u have a fake address. Another nightmare is their partner site called SENSATE.
Lastly, if you paid for the premium subscription, will take months to get your money back as they will attempt to threaten. 1 out of 5 stars is too good for them, should have 0 star!

Worst site ever. Had a lot of issues in chatting with others. No customer care at all. Admin never reply to a message. Don't hype your expectation
Would give zero if I could.
Would give zero if I could.
Don't bother. 90-95% of female profiles are scammers and the site owners don't seem too concerned about it! Also cancelling a paid subscription is purposely made complicated!!
THIS PAGE IS A SCAM
THIS PAGE IS A SCAM! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE AND PAY! FAKE ACCOUNTS!
Complete scam.
Complete scam.
Constantly barraged with fake accounts.
In 3 months subscription there was not a single match from someone nearby.
Trying to cancel subscription is very difficult to the point that it's easier to cancel your credit card and get a new one from your banking Institution.
Stay well clear. For the amount you pay you would expect a bit of service.
100% Scam

This website is just a huge scam
This website is just a huge scam: needs an expensive membership to do anything and once you have it get ready to be contacted by a lot of robots and fake profiles and nothing genuine.
Worthless.

This site is poor there's hardly any videos on there and most of the profiles are fake too
Avoid this scam site at all cost.
I signed up to TheAdultHub earlier today, given that it was rated as one of the best Hook Up sites going by more than one internet article. I can only assume that TheAdultHub had paid to be mentioned in those articles. If this is one of the best sites going for adult hook ups, then god help us.
On signing up, I was bombarded by single fems and couples sending me messages, but I was unable to read any of them, being a free member.
I smelled a rat, when I was asked to send in a photocopy of one of my Personal Identity document's, from my Driving License (which I don't have), to my Passport (Which I don't have) to, rather worryingly, my National Insurance card so that "my identity could be verified".
At that exact moment, I lost interest in subbing with TheAdultHub, who charge over £20 for a single month's subscription, with no guarantee of getting anywhere. I can't read the messages, so they might all just be saying "Hi" as far as I know.
I'm not paying £20 quid for that, as well as sending them a photocopy of my National Insurance Card. I thought it was illegal for a site owner to ask for that personal information, considering the Data Protection Act etc. Since when do hook up sites need to see a photo of your National Insurance Card for proof of I.D.?
Instead of sending them a photo of my N.I. Card, I took a photograph of me pointing at my left nipple, I then wrote a caption on the photograph saying "You can suck my tiny little nipple if you think I'm uploading a photo of my I.D. card to you", and I uploaded that instead. Needless to say that it didn't get published.
What sort of dating site, or hook up site, requires a photo of your N.I. card on joining up?
I can't read any messages, as I said earlier, and this is a really backwards way of doing it to me. It's like going to the super market, seeing all the tins of food with no labels on, and being expected to buy the tin of food. It's like "Well, you know you've got a tin of food, but what type of food the tin contains is anyone's guess". It could contain Salmon for all I know, it could be a tin of Peaches, or Sliced Mango too for all I know, since I can't read the label.
I tried to contact members through their profile, by leaving a message to them under their main profile picture. 30 minutes later, I received a response from the site admin telling me that my message was rude and abusive and against the site's policy. All I said to them was thanks for sending me a message, but I couldn't read it due to not being a VIP. Apparently, that was against the house rules. Presumably because I was trying to contact the person in the profile without upgrading my profile. Point being, the site admin cut you off from any and all methods of contacting other people's profiles unless you pay.
If I could read the actual message, that would be one thing, but when I can't even read the basic message, no, sorry, that's a deal breaker for me. Consider also that any message you get sent, as a free member, only remains in your in box for 24 hours. That is yet another method that the site admins use to try and coerce you into upgrading to a premium account. They try to make you rush your decision on whether or not to upgrade your account.
I would have thought that the better way to do it, would be to allow people to read the message, but not to reply too it. That's how I would have done it.
Speaking of contacts, you do realise that you have to contact the site to ASK them to cancel your membership, right? There is no cancellation option.
I don't know how they can call this site "free" when you have to pay for everything. Want to read a message? Pay me. Want to PM a person's profile? Pay me. Want to chat to a member? Pay me. Everything revolves around upgrading your account to premium.
Between the lack of being able to read a message as a basic member, to being coerced into upgrading to premium, to being asked for personal documentation to prove my identity, I just smell one big con.
No site, NONE, should ever ask for photographs of your Passport, Driving License or National Insurance Card, with all the data that the document contains, just to sign up. How do they protect that data? What do they do with that data? That data is me, I am that data. The site is trying to claim ownership of me, of my data. No, sorry TheAdultHub, you can jog on.
Very, very suspicious site, with highly dubious standards and practices. My advice is to avoid all contact. You've read the rest of the reviews besides mine. Let their funds dry up and let TheAdultHub go to the wall.
I still can't believe that they are asking people to send in photographs of their personal documentation... That, right there and then, should be illegal.
The entire site screams scam. This entire site feels, how should I put this?... Very Chinese. How can sites like this be legal in 2023? If it were anybody else, it would be called fraud.
Absolute Con - Don’t waste your money
Absolute Con, don’t waste your money on this App.
Firstly, they overcharged my card by £30. When I asked for a refund and my account to be cancelled, they offered me £7.00 and cancelled future payments but wouldn’t cancel and refund all of my money.
The App itself is clunky to use and I received computer generated msgs from other members.
This App is dated, not fun to use and if my experience is anything to go by a totally negative and expensive error of mine signing up.
Do yourself a huge favour and avoid this company and App. There are far better services and App’s out there
