I am very impressed with their costumer service! I unfortunately did not get my full order, so I sent an email. They emailed back quickly, and I just needed to send them a picture of what I did receive. Within a couple of hours I got a tracking number for the new package with my missing item!

NEVER RECEIVED ORDER - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered placed at the beginning of November for an anniversary present for my boyfriend, delivery states 1-3 business days but allow for delays which i did. My anniversary arrived and passed (end of November) still no sign of my delivery. I emailed customer service to have a response days after stating to allow for delays, ( I received this email 4 times before they would even help with my delivery problem). I kept asking for a refund as I no longer needed the present, and kept being told to allow for delays.
I have only just been issued a refund for my product in FEBRUARY and it is only a partial refund which didn't cover taxes/shipping costs. I never received my parcel and was really looking forward to it as a great idea for us as a couple to complete...disappointing.

I ordered the adventure book. It was dispatched very quickly but was stolen before I collected it. The company sent out a replacement at no charge straight away. The quality is excellent and the customer service is 10/10, highly recommend!
Unacceptable customer service!
This experience has been unacceptable! I was so happy I found what I thought was a perfect Christmas gift for my daughter and her boyfriend! After Christmas my daughter let me know that the camera was not working! I emailed the adventure challenge via email. They said they would be happy to help. They asked for information from the order and I gave it to them. I received an email the next day asking for a picture of the broken camera as well as a video. I sent that in the next email. They then said for quicker help with the camera to reach out to the 3rd party that furnished the camera (lomography) I said no I only wanted a refund. Then I did not hear back from them for several days. I emailed again and they asked for all the same information. At the bottom of the email it said written by AI. I’m not sure a live person has even read my email! I have sent over 20 emails and have no resolution for what should have been a simple return!!
I ordered this as a gift for my husband…
I ordered this as a gift for my husband for Christmas, but knew it was going to be a little late coming in. We do a family vacation for Christmas and we were out of town when package was delivered. Once we got back I realized I didn’t have a package even though it showed delivered it wasn’t there.
I sent an email to the company and the first steps were for me to check with my neighbors and my local post office to see if it was put in the wrong box/delivered to wrong house. My guess is someone stole it from the box, but I never received the package.
Ana was my customer service representative and we realized the address was wrong so once that was changed I paid shipping and handling and was mailed a new order. I received that order in a timely manner and Ana checked in with me through the process to make sure everything was good.
Refused to refund order that wasn’t delivered
I ordered the family edition adventure challenge book for my niece and her family for Christmas. Not only did it not arrive by Christmas despite the order being placed Dec 1, but it never arrived at all. Customer service claimed that I input my name, address, order, and email address incorrectly. They refused to refund me in full and refused to send me the correct order free of charge. She claimed I ordered the kids edition and offered to send me that one if I paid S&H. Of course I’m not paying that since I already paid it for the first order. And I don’t want the kids edition since I ordered the family edition. I had a confirmation number and everything and she claimed that even that was incorrect. I had a screenshot of it. But somehow it wasn’t “in their system.” I will never recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely horrible company. Customer service also persistently called me by the wrong name, despite me repeatedly correcting them. Andrea is the customer service agent I conversed with. Don’t ever use this company. Absolute rubbish.
Edit: Directly after publishing this review, Andrea changed her tune and finally offered me a full refund. That doesn’t change my review in the least. And it’s such a shame because I was really excited to give my niece the family edition adventure book. Now I won’t even get it on Amazon because I refuse to support this business at all.

Wrote a review 27 December at 1 star. Delivery got lost (seems like many do based on the reports here)…yet today provide 5 stars. Average 3 stars across the performance seems fair. Equally to be fair, once The Adventure Challenge see your correspondence or review here, a long lasting and positive outcome occurs.
The products are very good. Andrea in customer service is obviously 5 stars…I guess once Adventure Challenge can utilise a reputable delivery company, regular 5 star reviews will be the norm.

The customer service team failed...
The customer service team failed to properly review my order status and the images I provided before making a decision. Instead of addressing the defect in the book, they repeatedly asked for additional proof and avoided giving a clear answer. After making me go through unnecessary steps, they ultimately denied my claim, despite the obvious issue. Their responses felt dismissive and unhelpful, showing a lack of genuine effort to resolve the problem.

We didn't use a coin. We used the orange disc. Where in the message did I say I used a coin? I even took a picture of the orange/yellow disc I used. The coin worked on a different scratch-off. This one is the "In Bed" on page 14.

If you end up losing or do not have the orange disc, we recommend using something like a plastic card, debit card, or a plastic guitar pick!
Please do not use a coin, as the metal tends to be too tough on the scratch-off material.
