Building intimacy and connection again

My partner and I are quite pleased with this set. I purchased the connection cards and book, also the intimate cards and book. This was my Christmas gift to her and well for us. To better our relationship and connection. The scratch off feature is very fun and new to both of us! Thank you.

I ordered at the beginning of December…

I ordered at the beginning of December but I never received the books. Then I contacted customer service and it was hard to contact them because they replied until January. But once they replied they were really helpful and sent me my books really quick.

I think December was crazy for them and had a lot of issues with the mailing. But now I have my books and I love them.

I definitely will give them another chance with other products.

Avoid at all costs

Order back in November for a xmas gift. Now it's the end of January, contacted them 5 times. Once they replied and promised to send it, this was 3 weeks ago. Also the email address they used was a 'no reply' address.
The other messages sent have been ignored. Don't buy if you 100% want this book. Seems it's 50/50 if you get it or not. So disappointing and terrible non existent customer services.

I originally ordered the adventure…

I originally ordered the adventure challenge as a Christmas gift. When I realized that it wouldn’t be delivered in time I reached out. After zero updates on shipping they filled a lost parcel with the shipping company and sent another copy. It was late for Christmas, but I was impressed with customer service.

Box gave away my Christmas gift.

The challenges are fun, and the site was fine, but as this was a Christmas gift? I was bummed to have my husband pick up the package off the front porch and know what he was getting for Christmas because THE ADVENTURE CHALLENGE was written all over the box in big letters.

Asked for a refund immediately after…

Asked for a refund immediately after purchase because I wanted an arrival date before I purchased as gifts. That was in December, and I finally heard something the end of January. The item did not come in time so now I’m stuck with them. They offered me a discount on other items—— will not purchase anything again!!

Exceptional Customer Service

My package was lost during the Christmas rush (which was my fault because my billing address and shipping address were different but were combined for shipping- not a real address). I emailed customer service and took a while to receive a response but once they did, they explained that they are a small business and were bombarded during the holidays - totally understandable. They helped me reorder my items and I did have to cover the shipping costs but they definitely went above and beyond to make it right. I will 100% order from this company again - exceptional customer service!

Simple and easy to shop!

Shopping on the website was so simple from start to finish! The website is well laid out, attractive, and it was easy to find what I was looking for. The checkout process was simple, with a few different options for payments. Couldn't be better!

Above and Beyond

First I would like to share that I purchased several books from this company and have truly enjoyed the adventures in each. I have purchased now the Cards and the family adventure books and looking forward to sharing these with my grandkids and the family. I have had a wonderful experience with customer service with this Company. They truly have gone above and beyond to deliver! I highly recommend.

Horrible experience with the company.

Horrible experience with the company.
I bought the book for couples as a gift, with the delivery time in mind. In the end the delivery was late, so I decided to return it without even opening the envelope it came in.
When I asked to return, I was faced with countless emails trying to convince me not to, offering additional books for free (which I didn't need) and discounts
No advice on how to return.
Finally, after persisting I was told I can return but they will review if the money will be returned, depending if the book was used/what condition etc.
I had no issues with that, especially that I haven't even opened it.
I have sent the book back and waited....
No response, no money back, no book...
I have sent a few emails chasing this and NOTHING!!
Till this day I have not had the money back or the book, norhave I heard back from them.

I considered taking it further, just because I'm stubborn, but for now I will just make sure none of my friends and family gets robbed !!!!

AVOID!!!!

Great service

First of all they have a great service with nice people. I got my package and it was damaged, first they offer me one of two choices, 20% Cashback or send them the damaged one and get new one, ( i received the my first package after almost 20 days ) so I think twice before I ask for a new one, but in the end I choose this option and to my surprise not only the new one delivered to me in under a week with express delivery they also give me to keep the first package.
(I have bad English but good experience)

I ordered a book as a gift never again

I ordered a book as a gift. It took 10 days to arrive and arrived damaged. I sent pictures and asked if they could expedite a replacement since it was a gift and already took twice as long as promised. The choice was 20% off the damaged gift or return and get a new copy. The first response asking my choice was AI generated and was quick. When I responded, it took 4 days for a response. I have no idea how the content is but based on the experience I am not a fan.

So I finally let them know (after several check in enails to see progress and sbility to expedite replacement).

Very disappointed in customer service. Please send a return label and refund in full. If you want special packaging send that as well.

Retailers would charge a restocking fee, I feel owed an inconvenience fee. I thought you were a nimble, creative company that was customer first. I am sorry I had to find out this way that I was wrong.

Great costumer service

Great costumer service! I sent this as a gift to my friends and sent it to the wrong address. The adventure challenge helped them get the new gift to my friends within a week. My friends are loving their gift and I can’t wait to buy one for my husband and I. Thank you Adventure Challenge!

Great Customer Service

I ordered the book (in bed) and some of the cards and when the package arrived, it was destroyed in the mail causing the cards to fall out. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a new one. Their agent was very friendly and made the process very easy. Thanks!

I’ve purchased a few items from this company and all of them are really well done! Had a bit of an issue with my last package, a lot of which was due to a postage strike, but customer service was quick to help and lovely to deal with.
