I reached out to The Agency with a view to getting my property valued and was put in contact with Tom Kelly. He called me to arrange a suitable time and date within an hour of me enquiring. From the get-go, Tom’s professional, approachable and friendly demeanour shone through. There was a stark contrast between Tom and other agents I have experienced. Whereas other high street agents can easily make you feel like you are on a conveyor belt, Tom instantly puts you at ease with his steady and knowledgeable approach and I felt a great sense of trust from the moment he walked through the door. He took his time to walk round the property, ask questions and take in the details. This is the second time I have had dealings with someone from The Agency and I cannot recommend Tom highly enough.

Having had a poor experience with another local agent being unresponsive and inefficient we decided to contact Liam what a difference. The process of putting the property on the market with him was straight forward and without stress. We discussed expectations around the viewing process and price and agreed a plan. Liam then set up a WhatsApp group to keep us up informed and updated, this we found most helpful and reassuring particularly during the sale process. The fees might be slightly higher than others but the fact we would receive responses to our queries promptly was worth the slightly higher cost and invaluable during exchange and completion.

Sheridan has provided a 10/10 service from start to finish. Always available for any queries, always making sure the sale progresses as swiftly as possible and going the extra mile to help with sale of a house that was previously tenanted remote from us when we could not be in attendance.
Thoroughly recommended in all aspects.

I had an awful experience with TAUK. Please know that after you make a bonified offer on a property, they are highly likely to go on encouraging other viewers in order to increase the price. This is highly unethical and it's a terrible way to treat a prospective buyer. I would dodge this estate agency if you can, also they make you wait ages for an answer when you make an offer. Very dishonest and poor practice. I really would prefer not to be got at to delete this review by TAUK this time. I'm entitled to my opinion regarding how I've been treated.

I cannot recommend Mark highly enough. Not only did we buy our dream house with him but he also sold our house within a matter of weeks. Mark was professional and so knowledgeable with the whole process but most importantly his communication throughout was fantastic. Keeping us up to date and informed all the way through made selling and buying very smooth. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell, and if you’re lucky enough to buy a house with him as the agent you are in good hands! Thank you, again, Mark for making this process an enjoyable one.

We were wary of estate agents, but there's something about Dan that made us feel we could put our trust in him, and I think that's what made the whole process work so well. He kept us informed every step of the way, which really helped ease the stress of selling. His knowledge of the market was great, and he gave us solid advice that we could rely on. We first listed our home with a large national estate agent who overpriced the property, and after more than three months, we didn’t get a single viewing. After being approached by Sheridan at TAUK which we were a little sceptical about, we instructed Sheridan and it was the best decision we have made. Sheridan was brilliant from the very start — friendly, professional, clearly very knowledgeable and honest. He explained a clear strategy for selling our home and kept us regularly updated throughout the whole process, which was a breath of fresh air. Sheridan was generating interest in the property through social media prior to marketing the property on Rightmove/Zoolpa with a build up to an open house event at which we had multiple viewings including clients interested in purchasing our home. Following the open house Sheridan continued to bring prospective buyers to our home and not only that on Sundays as well. Sheridan at TAUK has now successfully negotiated a sale on our home and we are over the moon. The service was exceptional so far and absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommend TAUK, especially Sheridan!

wouldn't recommend anyone else to sell your home. initially we were using a high street chain who showed no interest in providing feedback from viewings and always felt that we were ringing to find out what was going on.

After we viewed a house to buy with Tony, we quickly realised how poor service we were receiving. We swapped to Tony within a couple of weeks and he sold our house in the first week. we always knew how the viewings went, up to date throughout the selling and buying process and Tony was always available for questions.

We're do i start , Mia was amazing from the moment me and my partner met her she made us feel safe! We felt looked after. I fired every question at her to which she had several answers!! To be a family who just wants their forever home, I would highly recommend Mia she is truly amazing. I will forever owe her my specialality pea and ham soup! Will always be welcome in my home🫶❤️

I honestly don't know were to start with Mia she has made our buying experience exceptional. For the past 12months we have been dealing with agency's viewing house but have not experienced anything like mia. She was able to talk us through everything about the house we viewed without us even asking any questions. She knows a property inside and out. She was so personal for what our family wanted and needed. I cant recommended mia wether is buying or selling Mia is amazing.

Tom Constable firstly has been a good listener and then a good adviser especially when preparing the two houses i refurbished for marketing. I found him professional in all aspects of the transactions what he promised he delivered. I would highly recommend him.
