consummate professionals to prevent delay
i placed a regular order for my favourite Alchemists strawberry shake. i got a phone call the next day saying their printer or pc with the labelling templates had gone down... would i be happy with a temporary label to prevent delaying the delivery.
alway the professional & perfectionist down to the last detail... you do a great job of keeping me happy. thank you

First order, usually reluctant to use different suppliers but this was a good experience.
Fast delivery and great selection of concentrates at very reasonable prices, which is why I ordered since they had one I couldn't find at my usual supplier.
Will definitely order again.

I took advantage of the discount and free shipping to try some of The Alchemist's own range. The order arrived in the time stated, with a small gift thrown in too!
I can't comment on the juices yet as they need steeping, but great service once again.

Excellent customer service they were out of stock of a flavour vape that I ordered so I had a phone call explaining and they upgraded my postage for me so I still recieved my vapes at the same time even tho they were posted later when the out of stock flavour was back in stock. The lady was very friendly and helpful I highly recommend
