I was SO excited to order a sample scent pack and it just never came. No one reached out so I called the store in N.Y. The woman was nice and said that they were having problems with a supplier. I said no problem.. I will wait little more… more than a month later, nothing. I sent an e-mail this time.. no response. Now I call the store again and a man says that it was a seasonal item that was not taken down. At this point, it was listed for sale on website for multiple months already! I know I am not the only person who gave money with nothing in return. I asked the man for a full refund and I no longer felt comfortable waiting for my product and with zero communication?? Nope. He said no problem and thought it was good. Another month and NOTHING! I have been totally scammed by a beautiful, seemingly successful store in N.Y. I ordered March 3rd ish. It’s your months later. I also contacted BBB.

I just wanted to mention how amazing my experience was with making my first online order with The alchemist Kitchen. I placed my order a few days ago and it’s come today. I live in the UK as well. So really impressed with that. The products were packaged perfectly. It felt like Christmas again lol. I really loved how you packaged them. I really appreciated that too. Love your attention to detail thank you.

I also would like to mention one of your staff members Zeb. Before placing my order. I asked a few questions about ordering, delivery etc and he was so attentive and helpful. He was so lovely. Thank you for your amazing customer service. There should be more people like you in your his world. He deserves a pay rise! 😁😁

The only thing I would change is that the delivery cost is a bit much. It’s 75 dollars to ship to the UK. It would be nice to de offered cheaper options and I don’t mind waiting a little longer for them.

Really love this site. I highly recommend this site to anyone who is interested. You won’t be disappointed. I am so happy. Thank you so much.
