Disappointing
Could be a good thing, but unfortunately it's completely let down by the choice of courier which is parcelforce!
I am disabled and rely on family to grab my parcels from a safe place on my property, (which every single other courier does) but parcelforce refused outright to do this, they have no option to do so, and I was told it's not company policy.
Annoying as I was really looking forward to having a monthly subscription, but I've since cancelled them along with my card details.

Hi Allan, - Corona one do one version alcohol free and that's the only one we stock, they don't have a low alcohol version the product says on it that its 0.0% with the fine print (0.005%) so im slightly confused by what you have received, could you please send us an image to sales@thealcoholfreeco.co.uk of the order received please
Alcohol Free are great, less pleased with Parcelforce
Alcohol Free are great with a good selection, efficient service, and a good website. But they use Parcelforce for the deliveries and although I've always received the delivery it has been a mixed experience with about 2/5 deliveries not arriving at the time, or even day that Parcelforce tell me it is going to arrive.

Fairly slow delivery but, more disappointing is the taste of the ‘wine’. I had hoped for a much better product. Perhaps you could advise me on which of your reds is most like a Shiraz?

Thank you for your feedback however we would disagree the shipping was 'fairly slow' your order was placed on a Saturday, was shipped Monday and delivered the next working day being Tuesday. Unfortunately we don't have our own fleet of drivers like Amazon so have to stick to general courier working days,
Shiraz wise the best in our opinion would be the Darling Cellars Shiraz unfortunately this is currently out of stock til around the end of March.

This business automatically adds all emails to their spam list (though you can opt out) AND also shares your personal data with unspecified other company's [sic] which you cannot opt out of. This latter is illegal.
Email address will automatically be added to our mailing list and all postage address are on a password protected computer. To opt out of mailing list please contact us on [email adress] or unsubscribe on the newsletters that are sent out. Your email address may be shared with other company’s that follow the same philosophies that we do when it comes to ‘mindful drinking and entertainment’.

Hi, As discussed in our email when you unsubscribed - the only information shared is with couriers as customers get the allotted time slots directly from them - We have changed wording updated on our terms and conditions page to better reflect our practises with the couriers.
For clarity as I said earlier we have never shared any information with any other company other than the couriers but we have taken your suggestions into consideration and changed the wording to better reflect this.

It was great to find affordable achohol free spirits, I enjoy whiskey and have found it hard to find in any local stores. Thus company has a wide selection delivery was very quick and the voucher was a nice touch

As a non drinker I have found your selection and service excellent.
I enjoy a more grown up drink which you offer.
Just as an aside, I am diabetic and the low sugar and no sugar choices are limited. I am sure a low or no sugar selection would be appreciated.
